Awesome Assistant Abi made a stressful experience into a satisfying positive one

Fantastic service and help from the staff. I especially would like to thank Christopher for going above and beyond to help me get the correct item I was looking for from another store. Outstanding service at Rushden Lakes
I have been looking for a Lowen field jacket size 16 for months! Couldn’t find one online, had looked in store and not seen any so wrote to customer services. Received a very nice reply with the advice to go in to a store. So I went to Rushden Lakes store, couldn’t see the jacket and decided to ask about availability. Aimee hadn’t heard of the jacket but looked online and said it looked as though they had 2 in their store. Off she went and after a few tense moments for me came back with the jacket ! To say I was over the moon is an understatement and the lovely thing was Aimee seemed as happy as me 😊 Her customer service was outstanding and with the other crew member behind the counter with her they made my shopping experience a real pleasure. Faultless service and 1 extremely happy customer. Moral is to always ask if you can’t see something on the shop floor and hope you get an Aimee to help you.

Friendly and helpful staff
Recently visited a store at Rushden Lakes. Christine and Lisa were very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this store as I've always found the staff friendly and helpful. I also really like the clothes

Rushden Lakes shop is so friendly
Rushden Lakes shop is so friendly. They’re all nice and Christine especially is. Can take my pup Silas in knowing he’ll get lots of fuss and cuddles. So good to have a local Fatface.
