I ordered the shorts on line and they were delivered to my local fat face shop I was kept updated on delivery the shorts are ok and hopefully will be cooler to wear in the hot weather

I was served by a lovely staff member called Rachel. She was friendly and knowledgable and had excellent customer service skills. I bought two tops but it was tricky choosing as there were so many lovely clothes to choose from. I would thoroughly recommend Salisbury Fatface.

I was looking for a certain item. The store didn't have it but sales assistant showed me something else in the same range I tried it on and it fitted me perfectly

I had a great experience in the Salisbury store, the customer service was fantastic & the sale assistant ( didn’t catch his name ) was so helpful & cheerful. I would definitely shop in there again because of my experience in the store
