Bought a lovely, colourful knitted top today in our Sidmouth branch of Fat Face. Vicky served me today but the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Jennie was very helpful this morning, taking the time to look online when I purchased socks at the Sidmouth store. Thank you.

Went to Fatface in Sidmouth last Saturday the store was lovely and clean and tidy and the merchandise was well presented Helen served me and was friendly and helpful and folded my purchase up beautifully !

Yesterday I visited Fatface in Sidmouth town centre. I was assisted by Helen who could not have been more helpful. We chatted happily about things in general and she showed a real interest in me as a customer. I impulse bought a lovely green sweatshirt for myself and couldn’t resist a shirt for my husband. Thank you for your help and assistance.

Staff are always friendly and helpful at the Sidmouth store . Served by Helen today. Always great clothes , choice and quality, it’s my favourite shop at the moment especially with blue light card discounts.

Looked through door and saw lovely coloured TShirt - went in to try it on and welcomed by Jennie who also helped me find the right size, showed me how to wear the top to advantage and made the whole experience a total delight. I will DEFINITELY be going back to this shop and will hope to find Jennie there..Customer Service at its very best thank you.

Just to say a big thank you to Erin who served me in Sidmouth on Saturday excellent customer service. We were made most welcome by Erin and the other lady in store, that was even before I was looking to purchase anything.

After visiting Sidmouth FatFace for the first time I was really pleased with how open and clean the shop appeared and the lay out everything was so easy to shop. The girl who served me was called Beth very nice and chatty made me feel so welcome and she was so helpful ordering me a dress that wasn’t in stock in my size, however in the men’s section of the shop was an older colleague with white hair who was extremely unhelpful and rude when I asked her a question about sizing of men’s jeans for my husband. She walked off to another member and staff to ask them and turned back and shouted the reply, I was shocked that she didn’t even take the time to walk back over and speak in a manner you would expect for good customer service.
Thank you Beth, I will be back when I next visit Devon. :) Fat Face Sidmouth for reference I don’t think it would be a bad idea if all team members where to have the same level of customer service training.

Lottie at the Sidmouth Fatface was helpful and very pleasant. She went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. It is a pleasure to be dealt with in such a professional and delightful way.

Beth and Cheryl served me today and were so helpful, attentive and kind. They went above and beyond to help me, and were friendly and just lovely to engage with. Thank you both :)

Did a click and collect from my local fat face. Simple and easy to do online. Great friendly staff.

Ordered item online with confirmed next day delivery. Took approx a week for items to arrive in store. NOT HAPPY.

Split deliveries into store, so had to make 2 trips into store to pick up orders. One delivered late.

Good website and delivery options. Delivered to the Sidmouth store where the stag were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
