Great shop
Great shop. Always looks clean and tidy. Great displays and well set out so you can see everything properly
Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful it’s always a pleasure to shop here , knowing you’ve got lovely well made clothes and fab customer service
Sale items are easy to browse and are timely. Other clothes shops in this location have ‘sales’ pretty much every week. It makes you think they just sell old stock all the time

Fab summer dress
Good website to navigate. Clothes are excellent quality and made from sourced fabrics. Great choice and best thing for me at 5ft tall, dresses come in shorter lengths. Fab!!! Delivery and packaging very good. Can’t fault.

Great quality clothing
Quick delivery. Good quality clothing. One item returned to local store in Sutton Coldfield. Helpful staff. Ended up buying a couple of other items whilst there :-)

Amazing customer service
The ethos of Fatface is one of extreme professionalism and people are experts at bring able to guide customers. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Clothes fit really well. The manager at the sutton Coldfield store, is one of the nicest people, friendly, kind and compassionate. Able to connect with people really well, and always offers good ideas.

The manager Lydia is excellent. Very friendly and professional. She is always looking for ways to improve customers shopping experience. Store also has a good balance of both mens and womens clothing

Staff very polite
Staff very polite. Happy to take back returns. I then went in to purchase another item. There seemed to be lots of choice in store & the fitting rooms were uncrowded.
