First service is brilliant
First service is brilliant, I ordered the wrong size Jeans, contacted by phone the Support Team and received such kind help, It was collected with such courtesy with the right size. The quality is fab, I will not hesitate to order from FAT Face again.
I have never received such wonderful service from any company Thank you fat Face

Always a pleasant shopping experience, clothes are well made, large changing rooms which is comfortable and pleasant and helpful staff. One item they didn’t have in my size was immediately ordered for me and arrive next day.

Bought the Bella Floral Tea dress on…
Bought the Bella Floral Tea dress on line.
When it arrived, the sleeve was broken, there was no under slip garment and there were loose threads all over.
Tried to communicate with the on line chat but received no help.
Went into town to return and the service at Tunbridge Wells was dreadful. The assistant was not interested.
In the end ordered a replacement costing more as then had to pay for delivery as well as the cost of going into town, pay for parking, etc.
Really poor service.

Staff in shop was very helpful
Staff in shop was very helpful . Articles ordered were delivered when expected and quality of garments was of a high standard . Would definitely recommend to others

Very happy with my purchase
Very happy with my purchase. I ordered 2 sizes and it was easy to return the top I didn’t want. The refund came through quickly.
The mackerel top is fun and fits well.

Still good
Always good service and good clothing. Have used them for years and so far Next havent let them slip and lets hope they dont. Could do with more natural wools in their jumpers like they used to.
