Lovely friendly environment at the Tavistock store today! Every member of staff greeted me with a smile and were extremely helpful. A big thank you in particular to Harry, who was extremely warm, professional and full of humour. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Staff were extremely helpful when I visited Tavistock store, as always. I was helped by Issey who attended to my needs and made my experience very pleasant, thank you. Goods were neatly packed and as always were of good quality.

Helpful Tavistock branch.
I have always found the Tavistock branch of Fatface welcoming, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I visited the store today and Vicky was particularly helpful in pointing out that the dress I was trying on was available in petite but would need to be ordered online, which she proceeded to do for me.

A perfect purchase!
I had spotted a sun dress in the Tavistock shop at an excellent sale price but when a day later I went in I found that none of the dresses were there! However,though Ella told me that these sale items were being sent back she quickly found me three to try on and my purchase was complete. What could have been a most disappointing day turned out to be most successful! Ella brought me two size 10s to try on as she had spotted some small differences in the pattern ,which I was totally unaware of, so I was really delighted with the one I chose. Thankyou Ella!

Amazing customer experience today with Vicky. I am very grateful to her knowledge of sizing and great humour.
I walked out smiling a very pleasant experience.

Great savings
Went in in the sake to look for trousers. Lots of selection on sale and friendly staff.
The store was quite chilly though so trying on clothes was a little nippy.
