Lovely shirt, same size as my other Fat Face shirts but this one was undersized,so had to return. Asked to try for next size up but unfortunately all out of stock.

Excellent experience
Easy website to negotiate. Click and collect to choice of shops and refunds available in store. Couldn't get online in store to retrieve my order details but the friendly and efficient assistant just looked it up on system with no issues.

It was easy to order online
It was easy to order online. My goods arrived early into the store and I was informed via email. The assistant in the store at Whiteley was welcoming and friendly and dealt with me quickly. The product is extremely good quality.

Good prompt service
Website was easy to use, could pay as a guest without having to get an account, goods arrived on time and notifications to me were prompt.
Service in the shop as I collected were very efficient.

Beautiful jacket. The leather is soft, slightly quilted so warmer than others. Great shape and a fit, can’t wait to wear it.

Easy to order and quick to send the goods to my local store where it was easy to collect them. This store is in a shopping centre with free parking so is ideal.
