SHAME its not as good!
I enjoyed playing at first and to the withdrawals were fast compared to some other casinos!
BUT now there are too many faults for one I had been playing on a game and won but when I changed to another game my winning were deducted down to £0.08 so I went on chat support and because I couldn't give them all the information of the ID bet due to the game history not even showing I had been on it they couldn't check so I lost £50?
I think some of the support team are dummies if they don't know they end the chat!!!
So my pirate days are now over!!.

I enjoyed using the site for a while and despite withdrawals taking a fair bit of time, I was receiving them so couldn’t complain. Since using Apple Pay for some deposits I’ve had a lot of issues. I’ve provided proof of deposit numerous times, but keep being asked for the same information. Despite chasing this frequently for months, I’m getting nowhere and have stopped getting responses. I keep speaking to live chat and although I’ve been told my case will be prioritised, I’m still getting nowhere.

Avoid ….. this is the last time I am wasting my time with this company. I am a supposed VIP and have spent tens of thousands on this site. I don’t even receive a reply and when they reply on here they say contact support. It’s a waste of time. I was introduced to my new VIP manager Zach yesterday who told me my cashback was correct when it wasn’t. I was £36 short. I sent all the screenshots and the calculation and I haven’t received a message back despite me asking for one. It’s plain rude. I have now as a consequence of this requested an account closure. List a good customer and if you are thinking of using this site I have one word. Don’t.

I'm on gamestop and when I came to close my account, they won't close it. Its been about 3 months and nowhere nearer to closing my account.
I've had 2 withdraws pending in my account for weeks and they know at some point that your going to cancel the withdraw and play with, which is exactly what I did.
It costs to deposit about 10% and I've never had had any of the bonuses they promise, they never turn up.

Great site,but bad for honouring withdrawals requests
I have had a withdrawal sitting for about 2 weeks and contacted customer service 2 x to get insight and both times was told 1..it was in the queue ready for processing and 2 ...that they would
elevate this up past cs....and it's still sitting.
Happy to change my review because other than the withdrawal request it's a site that has everything I am looking for
If they don't get my request processed I'll contact legal counsel and the better business bureau.

Very bad experience with this casino. Maximum withdrawal amount is 1500 and takes months and months to cash out. (literally)
Everytime another excuse. High volume of withdrawals, withdrawal is delayed, your money is safe.. bla bla bla.
Last week my account suddenly got closed and 6000 euro confiscated without providing me with any reason or justification for this.
I have sent multiple emails but only strange answers. "Administrative decision".
This is a pure scam casino! Don't play here because you will waist your money.
Also watch out for other casino's in their group like MrPunter.

So other reviews are on point.
I have made my withdrawal one week ago and it's still pending. At the end i will get this money but it's not acceptable.
Don't waste your time to write to support. They will send you an automatic reply.
If you must play, chose another website because they don't respect their players.

Since my last review I have had 2 successful withdrawals
I’ve wrote a review previously which was a 1 star, i since have had two successful withdrawals, granted it took a long while but I did receive the funds. Both withdrawals were used with bank transfer using the IBAN number. I recommend this option for the best outcome. I had £500 pending on Sunday night and it hit my bank on Friday ( today ) I’d like to retract my statement about them being a scam since I have received the funds.
