I was lured in by an ad offering 15% discount on gold seat tickets if I signed upI so I signed up and attempted to book my tickets only to find that there were only a few seats with 15% off so we’re not available.. I got distracted by a phone call when I returned to complete the booking. The ticket prices had gone up by £5 each and booking fee had also increased in the space of a few hours… so not exactly what it says on the tin.. a very misleading advertisement..

I experienced an issue following a payment glitch and raised a support ticket via their online form at around 9pm. I received a prompt response the following morning, and the issue was resolved quickly. Unfortunately, I had to get back in touch due to a further problem, but once again they responded promptly and rectified the issue without any hassle. Easily one of the best and most straightforward customer service experiences I've had in a long time.

Quick and easy checkout, can't fault it really.

I purchased tickets for the incorrect time in error on the website and contacted customer service to have the tickets changed. I received a response from AI that said I would need to request a human agent to assist me. I requested a human agent and all I ever get are resonses from an AI agent who inform me they can't assist me.
Horrible customer service as you can only reach them through e-mail that goes to an AI bot. No human interaction or phone numbers.

When I sent them a message too what’s gone on they got on it right away and managed too find 2 of my tickets that I did not receive by email thank you so much

Bought tickets to watch the amazing Indie band ESCAPE THE CURFEW perform all their original songs at Corporation music venue in Sheffield they headlined and people were absolutely flabbergasted by how amazing they were. These are one to watch.

No problem booking but I had to pay £6.24 for a £5 ticket. That's 24.8%. Mmm...

Had an issue when ordering tickets on their online platform. Request to speak to someone in customer support never materialised and unable to find any contact number in searches. Would never use this company again

The process was very simple and straightforward, however a 25% add-on in fees is absurd. There is no need for any platform offering this type of service to be demanding such a thing.

Having made a mistake with my order they were very helpful and so quick at rectifying it very impressed

Fatsoma closed my business account after they said my event funds were cleared,i am unable to request a payot since they suspended my account,their support email does not have any response.

I am disabled. Every other site explains disabled ticket allows the carer to come free. The website explanation was not clear. I emailed them and waited about 3 days for a clarification as to whether the usual carer free policy applied. No contact phone number. Eventually, email received saying carer has to buy ticket. Most unsatisfactory communications. in Fatsoma’s response below they assert WITHOUT ANY PROOF, that non response to my emails for 3 days, was because I was not emailing Fatsoma. I most certainly was emailing Fatsoma! Also, they do not address the issue of their not having a phone number. Anyone’ know how to knock off the one star rating I gave them??

misleading when paying for three tickets as its a really slow system. so slow it looked as if i had not paid. so i paid for another three tickets
checked bank and id paid for six tickets.... then found out there is no refund !!! i'm fuming and wouldn't want this happening to others, so dont trust this company!!!!

When I ordered my tickets I couldn’t understand why my money had been taken and no tickets. I couldn’t understand why not access them on the website either. I was very annoyed. I then found out where I could mail and did so explaining my problem. Within minutes I got a reply and my tickets. I was unable to access the site as I had put the wrong email in through a typo! Thank you so much. I would have given 5 stars but it took me a while to find out how to contact the site. Thank you for sorting out my error.

Absolute rip off! Never use this company. They never refund and make it so difficult to get in touch. I was unable to attend an event due to a family bereavement and they were so unfeeling and unsympathetic it made my unfortunate event even worse! Don't use them!!!
