So far only an AI bot for contact.
I still await solution.

Our site can only generate and send you a ticket for the exact event that you have started your order for. There's no way for it to get changed. We're not going into a room in the back to send out your order, we make it based exactly on what you've requested.

Fatsoma is a ticketing company, we make the technology people use for the tickets. We don't run the events ourselves.

As your feedback is about an event we'd recommend reaching out to the event organisers.

Promo code not applicable

They sent me an email with a promo code. I went to book the tickets and the seats were already filled or promo code was no longer available. Was there ever any seats available at the 15% off or was it a bait and switch opportunity? Not sure I like thought.

Just so you know, we don't organise the events listed on Fatsoma. We provide the technology for event organisers to sell tickets to the events that they're putting on. We do not have a discount code system. We do allow promo codes which will reveal a ticket that you can purchase. Some event organiser may use this to hide a discounted ticket that you can reveal. When it is revealed it will be shown with PROMOCODE written next to it. We'd recommend reaching out to them if you've had any issues with this.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. So upset. Inadvertently ordered duplicate tickets for the same night. Different times. I did not have opportunity to view cart prior to check out. I immediately emailed and basically told tough luck. No refunds. They are in UK therefore 5 hrs ahead of US. Still haven't heard from anyone after my 4th email. Very annoyed wirh customer experienceand service.. Never again. Fatsoma should provide a way to communicate not with a do not reply email if the want more information. The issue was with the platform.

Just so you know, we don't organise the events listed on Fatsoma. We provide the technology for event organisers to sell tickets to the events that they're putting on.

On every purchase you view your cart prior to check out. This screen contains all details of your order. When you click, Pay now, on this screen the payment will be taken and the order finalised. Our team cannot change your information after this point. What we'll most likely recommend is that you contact the event organiser.

Our team can only be contacted at support.fatsoma.com. All messages recieved there will recieve a response within 1 working day. Typically within 2 business hours of the message being sent. If you are emailing someone it is most likely the event organiser and not ourselves and we'd advise moving your review to their page.

We were not allowed to enter by the security staff for no reason. They refused to let me and my friends go inside without giving any explanation. We have already sent you a message on Instagram, and we would appreciate it if you could look into this.

Fatsoma is a ticketing company, we don't organise the events and we don't run the venues. You cannot reach our team on Instagram but if your issue was not technical we'd recommend reaching out to the venue directly.

Cancelled our FIFA final tickets

Cancelled our FIFA final tickets - no email, no warning, no refund in sight
Booked tickets through this company for a group of 16 to watch the FIFA final at Big Penny Social. The event was cancelled with absolutely no notice - no email, no notification of any kind. We only found out after the fact, once plans were already made and the day was already blocked out.
For an event this size, with this many people involved, that's a serious failure. No communication before the cancellation, none after, and still no clarity on refund timelines or any offer of compensation for the inconvenience.
If you're planning something as a group do not book through this company. There's no guarantee you'll actually be told if it falls through.

No it is intended for you. We never received any notification and were told by the venue that you “Fatsoma” had cancelled the event. I’ve attached my reference number. 8462435620201136 And 812853241278778. Please send my refund today.

Hi there,

We don't organise events. We cannot cancel events. Our team cannot cancel or refund peoples tickets unless an event is cancelled or rearranged.

The very second we're told an event is cancelled we email every single ticket holder informing them that this is the case, and telling them how to get a refund.

It sounds like your review is intended for an event organiser rather than ourselves. We'd recommend posting this on their page. If you need to request a refund for your order you can find a guide on that and everything else at support.fatsoma.com

Discount code not done

I continued to put my discount code of 15% in, and it doesn’t appear to have given me the discount. Very frustrating and doesn’t give me a positive feeling about the company. Unsure if I would use it again or recommend it to someone

Bit misleading with welcome code. Hadn’t realised it was only on a certain number of tickets which feels a bit mean-spirited.

Promo codes is something that we allow event organisers to add but we don't set the amount or quantity of those tickets. Very happy with the customer service

Very happy with the customer service. I wanted tickets to a sold out event, so emailed with the hope of just being placed on a waiting list. But was instantly emailed back with two tickets and exceptional communication to make sure all was completed online and I was happy!
