Abba Party in Warrington - such a brilliant event - really enjoyed it and the atmosphere was perfect - a club full of women haveing the best time - everyone was happy, smiling, dancing and really having fun

Easy quick, no messing about process - had my tickets sorted within 5 minutes! (if not shorter)

Was very simple. No complaints.

I had a 15% off coupon (WELCOME15) that I entered at checkout but I was not given the 15% off. I think I am owed that money.

Easy to book tickets and as I had registered my interest got a very good price too.

easy buy using a credit card number, online and tickets promptly received by email link and pdf. As usual with concert tickets, there are commission payments but this was far less than some charge, so well done:)

£3.30 per person booking fee even though booking 1 table.

Promised a free drink if entered before 8.30pm, we got in the queue at 7.45pm, but wasn’t given entry until 8.31pm because of checks etc and was refused the free drink as 1 minute over.

Shocking customer service

Good quick purchase. However the addition of a processing charge at the end spoilt the experience. Would be much better if this was displayed at the same time as the ticket price.

Amending my review because the organiser Fatsoma were not the issue and I have left a review for the venue instead.

Myself & 4 friends attended the Motown day party in Cardiff on 27th June 2026. We left after 1 drink.

The venue felt very disjointed and there was nowhere to sit. We like to be able to set up camp somewhere and those that want to can go off and dance but have a base to come back to and somewhere to leave their drinks and bags.

The only place we could get a seat was in the air conditioned pink room but we were unable to hear the music from in there.

Very disappointed. Expected better for tickets that cost over £20.

Quick to book and easy to pay. Confirmation immediately emailed and receipt of payment provided.

Bought 2 tickets for an event and turned up at the venue on the given date.
The event was cancelled 1 month before the given date, however we were not informed or offered a refund.
Money spent getting to the venue, time spent travelling to the venue..........all wasted.
What a useless company they are.
There are better out there.

Simple reply really - you didn't email me.
But you did take your booking fee.
Shockingly bad company.

Website was easy to use and straightforward. Don't agree with the booking charge per ticket, bit of a racket, should be on the whole booking.

I ordered a GOLD ticket and used the discount code WELCOME15 and didn’t receive the discount. I wrote Customer Service that the instructions were unclear. I was told it only applied to certain GOLD tickets. I’m very disappointed in your policy!

It was very easy to buy the tickets. Only took me 10 minutes to buy them and print them. Now, I can wait to go to the concert!

SCAM !!! bought a ticket through Lumos and Fatsoma supposedly issued the the ticket fir an event that did not exist. Money taken from my account. So beware!!!

Received a response to my query very quickly, fully explained the process & advised alternative action.
