I thought this was a UK company but nope another Chinese one. Would of never purchased if I knew. The items aren't cheap but they are not very well made. Threads are coming off and there's not label? Very disappointed!

This company does not feel genuine at all, unfortunately items arrived from China and it took about a month. Not a boutique at all.

Items purchased and never received! Appears to be a scam in my opinion. No contact back from them despite my efforts.

Ordered 3 items on 27/09/21. One was delivered after a couple of weeks. Quality was average but not as nice as appeared on the website. I’m still waiting for the other two. There was no indication that the items would take this long to arrive. Now the app says one of the other items has been delivered to an address in America. Far too expensive for average quality and such long delivery times. Prices comparable to JoJo Maman Bebe - spend your money there.

Absolutely lovely clothes great fit. Free delivery which is always a bonus. Love all their stuff ordered quite a few times and never been disappointed

I’ve ordered a few outfits from Faye and Lyla for my daughter (including the daisy set & leopard romper) & they are gorgeous. It’s nice to get baby clothes which are a bit different. The outfits are well made & wash really well. They have always arrived on time & I’ve been more than happy with the service. When asking about outfits on Instagram, I’ve received a prompt & friendly reply. Thank you!

I would rate 0 stars if it let me worse customer service I've ever seen!!! Tracking number didn't work, parts of my order arrived the other half come a week later when I asked to cancel my order they ensured my order was on its way but took a further week to get to me took over two weeks for my whole order to get to me. ordered for my daughter's 1st birthday was so upset and angry that none of it arrived overall wouldn't order again or recommend to anyone

I got a dress for my little girl, which took ages to arrive. I emailed to ask it’s whereabouts, because they’d given me the wrong tracking number but no-one replied.

When the item finally arrived I was sorely disappointed. It had a customs label on that said the contents were worth approx $2 whereas I paid about £15 for the dress and the quality was horrible.

I also commented on their Instagram but my comment was never responded to. In fact, I’m pretty sure it was deleted.

Overall, poor experience and lack of response to emails and social media aside, the goods still aren’t worth it and I wouldn’t recommend. There’s far better independent sellers out there.

Mixed review: the items I have received two items lovely one item more poor quality jeans broke straight away. One outfit yet to arrive no contact yet to have been returned by the company regarding this and no tracking available. Order placed over a month ago now.

I came across the company on Instagram and instantly fell in love with the clothing they sell.
The outfit I ordered my little girl is beyond beautiful. The fabric is thin but with it being a summer outfit that’s what I’d expect.

I just received my items today after waiting on them for over a month. If I’d known they came from China I wouldn’t have ordered from this company in the first place. They should be clear about that on their website. I emailed twice asking where my order was and I got no reply. No customer service whatsoever. Will not be ordering from this “boutique” again and will be warning others to avoid.

Quality is awful, cheap rubbish from China that has the actual price on the bag label - about 50p!! The clothes arrived literally screwed up in a plastic bag. I don’t know how these people are still trading. I returned my items 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund! Have now raised a complaint with my bank as my email to Faye and Lyla has been ignored. Scam company!

Mixed review... the outfits are nice when they are on but the material is so thin

Not what I was expecting - clothing is thin and feels cheap. Will not be purchasing anything from here again!

Took almost three weeks to get one item. I wondered why, until it arrived! They just get cheap stuff shipped to you from China. The body suit I ordered was £15 and the price on the package from China was $3.42.
Would never use them again!

I bought two rompers for a 3 months old baby and got a cheap version of one of them BUT for a 2 years old baby (at least). The other romper was not even sent. They sent me a robe-like tunic for a grown-up woman instead... I still don't get it.... It might be just because they just source from cheap asian factories so they never know what you will receive.... You need to pay for the return of the items, even if they are not what you ordered!

Ordered an Easter outfit and slippers. The items arrive from China, shipping took almost 1 month, the sizing was completely out & the quality was very poor. Avoid!

Clothing is exactly what you order, material is really good quality.

Fast delivery and loved my daughters outfit. Couldn't ask for more. Would recommend.
