Communication has been consistently good, and they're always solution-oriented rather than just flagging problems. I've been working with FBA for almost 3 years.
Communication is clear — I always know what is happening and what is expected from me. Their CRM makes things much easier: everything is in one place, no email ping-pong for every document.
Payouts are fast and I've never had a problem with them.
Recommended.

Can’t complain. Got know about that organisation through word of mouth. They deliver exactly what I was promised: even though the pricing is a bit above average, the quality of their service is definitely worth it.
My personal account manager is always quick to respond, the system runs without any issues, they generally care about resolving any problems in general. I’ve been using their services for over two years and I am completely satisfied

Hi! My name is Palina, I am a marketing specialist and more than 2 years I spent with FBA as a client (and still am). The most important that I feel safe with them, no legal issues came to me since I started working as independent marketing specialist through FBA. My account manager is always open to help and answer any questions (even the silly ones). The new CRM system is even more easy to use so I can easily send an invoice to my client, but of course before that it goes through FBA's verification. I am calm that guys are checking everything and asking me to fix smth if it's not right, because I have no clue what I am doing in terms of legal docs :D Soo I recommend FBA if you want to work as independent digital specialist - these guys got your back!

The processes are so well organized that i go months without needing to personally contact the managers. Everything that could be automated is automated. Invoicing flow is pretty straightforward and the CRM sends email notifications about significant status updates. If there are issues though, the managers are quick to respond and helpful. No excess paperwork too! The level of professionalism is impressive.

I've been working with FBA since February 2026, and I can confidently say they are a reliable and professional partner. They help with absolutely everything: document processing, taxes, and legalization in Poland. When you move to another country and have to deal with all this bureaucracy, it's incredibly important to have people by your side who understand the system and can organize everything properly.

What I appreciate most is that I don't have to figure out all the nuances of local legislation or run around to different offices myself the FBA team takes care of that. They act as a kind of intermediary between me and the government: they explain what needs to be done and how, prepare all the necessary paperwork, keep track of deadlines, and let me know if anything needs to be submitted or corrected.

I also want to highlight the quality of their support: they respond to all questions quickly, politely, and thoroughly, and nothing ever goes unanswered. Even in complicated or unclear situations, they always find a solution and explain everything in an accessible way.
