Inclusive Atmosphere and Postive Hosting — Hoping for More

I experienced a positive energy from all players and commend the safe, inclusive space that was created.

The Urban Master, Rhea, was clear, organised, polite, and welcoming throughout.

Going forward, it would be great to arrange at least one additional WO session during the week to offer more flexibility in choosing a session.

Great idea, sloppy execution

Played futsal in Utrecht with Urban FC—great crowd, international and friendly. Responsive customer service. That part - loved it.

But the app? Total mess. No real stats, no game history, and sometimes you get a random “no show” even when you were on the pitch. Organizers rarely log scores, so wins and losses, goals feel like a coin toss.

Then it got worse—Urban started adding fake accounts to make games look full. Showed up ready to play, only to have the match canceled last minute because half the players didn’t exist. That’s not just frustrating—it’s plain disrespectful to paying players.

Oh, and sometimes they even bring the wrong ball. Imagine playing futsal with a beach ball. Close enough.

Canceled my subscription. Great idea, but until they fix the basics, it’s just not worth the hassle.

The app got me back in to playing


The app got me back in to playing football regularly again after a long time out.

They have games all over London, some very nice pitches which I wouldn't have tried if not for the app, very reasonably priced too.

The quality of players varies which means everyone is welcome.

Don’t use

Don’t use! I tried a trial version & my game was cancelled and then the app would not allow me to cancel in app until they took payment after my trial finished and I was charged £64.99. Avoid at all costs!

- Canceled games: If a game is canceled for any reason, the credit used for that game is automatically refunded to your account for future use.

- Membership cancellation: Memberships can be canceled anytime, including during the trial period. Our system allows you to cancel before the trial ends without any restrictions.

Host didn't show up to the game

The host didn’t show up to the game and didn’t notify people that were signed up. We were left with no game. I reported the incident and they gave 2 games free. It was a poor experience. Make sure the host is coming to the game..

As we have already discussed over our chat support, this was a one-time situation where our Master had a last-minute emergency and couldn't make it to the game so unfortunately we didn't cancel on time. We have refunded you the used credit and provided you with an extra one! I'm sure this won't happen again and you can enjoy any other game 🀗

Not futsal

I only played indoor a few times, with different organizers on different days so I won't be touching on outdoor.
Honestly, it wasn't very well organized as they claim.
For starters, it's not futsal...pretty far from it. The fields are often too small and they play 6 on 6 or even 7 on 7 with the lines so it feels more like a rugby match.
Furthermore, ppl never come on time so if you only sign up for the first hour, you play maybe 45 minutes, while subbing & rotating in goal.
So when you take this into account, along with what you pay, it really isn't great value for money and not really enjoyable either.

Hey hey! What games did you try? We have really a lot of futsal ones. Depending on the venue we specify if we play 5 or 6-a-side. Indeed, on some venues, we play even 7-a-side because are super large! You can find all the details of the game in our description before signing up. Recently we have eliminated subs so we all can enjoy more time to play - we would only have to rotate in the goal if there is no goalkeeper. Sometimes players arrive a bit late to the games, which is true, but is not something that happens very often! We are working on that to try as much as possible to prevent this to happen so we all can play the full game 💪
