Sinead Murphy handled my case of selling and buying in Manchester with great skill, good communication, and plenty of resilience. One of the parties in our chain was very difficult but Sinead showed determination and good humour in getting us over the line and I would happily recommend both her and FDR Law.

Being a more mature buyer I had had varied experiences of buying and selling property before I used Amy Abbott at FDR. I can honestly say Amy made this time the smoothest experience I have ever had
She kept me up to date with what was happening by phone and e mail and gave me clear explanations of all transactions

I have worked with Francesca directly for over a decade as she has dealt with both business and personal property sales/ purchases. There has never been a transaction or an issue she couldn’t resolve. She is efficient, knowledgeable, unlike a lot of conveyancers, always answers the phone and deals with emails and queries on the day of receipt. If there’s an issue, she resolves it. I personally wouldn’t ever use anyone else when buying or selling a property. Can’t recommend her enough.
