I had the pleasure of Luke Ayres help and understanding throughout dealing with my equity release. It was no trouble for him to explain the procedure and he explained things well along the way. He kept me informed by telephone regularly of how things were progressing. He came across as a person who really enjoys his job it really showed in his personality as being happy and helpful.
