Great company and amazing people!

We have had a great experience and Jash in particular has been super helpful!

I'm very impressed with the customer service at Fearticket. Jash from their staff has been extremely helpful from beginning to end. He is easy to reach and always attentive. I also find their ticketing platform easier to use than others that I have tried. They are also very affordable. It's so refreshing to find a platform where you can easily get a human being to talk you without going through endless chat bots first. Highly recommended!

We recently migrated to FearTicket/Hytix for special event ticket sales, and the experience has been fantastic from day one.

The onboarding process was incredibly easy and fast. The setup was intuitive, and we were up and running much quicker than anticipated.

But it's not just easy. They offer a simple fee structure that's completely transparent.

What truly sets them apart is their excellent, personalized customer service. Any questions we had were answered immediately and thoroughly. I can not say enough good things about fearticket/hytix and my account manager Jash. It's great having somone who is there for every issue in real time. I wish more companies had the customer service like Fearticket and Jash.

Fear ticket is apprehensive, reliable, and completely consistent. Our haunted attraction would not look any further than FEAR TICKET. Jash, is beyond personable and very hospitable. I honestly don’t think anyone can match his craft and caring attitude. Fear ticket takes their job very seriously.

I only gave them a 4 because we haven’t taken our event “Live” yet. Up to this point I would give them a 5 for their professional service with quick results. I would recommend Jash and his staff to help you create your event ticket system and take it to the finished product. Awesome group to do your project with.

We have been using Fear Ticket for nearly ten years and have had nothing but a great experience with them. As the team member that manages our ticketing system with a large demand, having a system that is easy for our staff and customers to use, a reliable and robust backend, and great customer service is an absolute must for us. Thankfully Fear Ticket checks all of these boxes while maintaining fair rates for our customers. Although there is a lot to like about their system, I have to give a lot of credit to their customer service. Unlike "larger" ticketing systems, Fear Ticket has never missed a call day or night. They have worked one-on-one with us creating unique features that our event requires, walked us through any issues we may have had in the past, and have always ensured we are happy as their clients. Paraxit and Jash are extremely kind, helpful, and eager to help. Although we have had plenty ticketing solutions approach us, we are happy to remain Fear Ticket clients.

FEATTICKET is such a simple to use and a unique online ticketing software with much more features and tools that make event creating and sell event ticketing process fast and easy.
