Service from Federal Management could not be better. Our difficult overseas customer debt was collected quickly and efficiently.. I was always well informed on to how the case was going. Will definitely use them again

Last year, we were having problems with unpaid survey fees. FM were recommended to me by my Solicitor to chase smaller amounts that weren't worth chasing through the courts. I have had an excellent experience with Federal Management, and although they were unable to recover the monies owed due to the debtor going into liquidation, they were tenacious in their attempts and professional and thorough in their responses. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
