J'ai écrit au support le 16/08 pour leur indiquer mon mécontentement et on m'a répondu en anglais, avec des liens web pour me faire rembourser.
Mais les liens ne fonctionnent pas !!
Je leur ai répondu que ça ne fonctionne pas le 29/08 mais aucune réponse depuis. IN-AD-MI-SSIBLE !

Scam
They provide the same information as other apps, only much more expensive. It is impossible to cancel a subscription through them, I had to block everything through the bank and write a statement to the police.

Scam! Be aware!
The app is a scam. Stay away. They offer something new just to get the initial payment and then they charge whatever they want without the possibility to cancel.

I feel much more confident
Femia has daily tips, symptom tracking, information about the baby's development - all this helps a lot. The paid version of the app is worth every cent! All the data is always at hand, and I feel much more confident.

Contact your banks and put a ban on them as they are not answering any emails and also there is no active subscription on your device but they still charge you.

It's really cool that app has health…
It's really cool that app has health chatbot where I can ask quick questions.Good for those `Is this normal?'moments.
But I wish I could upload pictures, like test results, to the chatbot. It'd de great to get some guidance directly through the app.

I would give it a 0 if I could. The app doesnt have any special feature as advertised and I was charged without a warning. I could not find any option to cancel the subscription anywhere in the app. It is impossible to get into femia.io. The customer service is not responsive.

1 star as I can't put 0
1 star as I can't put 0. Wish I'd looked at reviews first. Thought I was getting something new compared to my other cycle apps with the 'pre-conception cleanse' but that was an extra £40+
Unable to cancel subscription and no reply to 4 emails asking for a refund for an app I haven't used and doesn't give me anything different to my other tracker apps.
Funny how they reply to positive reviews.
I will be contacting my bank and taking legal action if I do not receive a response and refund from this company, who are taking advantage of people in a vulnerable place in their lives. Absolutely despicable.

The interface is very user-friendly

This app is a scam
This app is a scam! Do not waste your time and money. Inaccurate, hard to navigate and just wants your money. Super hard to cancel and NO REMINDER OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL, so you will be surprised when it hits your card after your first months of signup, not using, deleted account, etc. and of course they won’t honor a refund in any cases! Wish I saw these reviews before signing up as clearly an average of 2 stars shows how bad this app is! And to your comments, I of course contacted you before and not even an explanation why no reminder to the subscription renewal I could have from you..a joke!

SCAM - avoid, use other similar apps instead
As with the majority of reviews this company is a scam. Refused to refund a purchase I did not agree to, I signed up to a trial period only and recieved no notication that this trial period was ending. I was charged £66 for an app I have never used beyond the first day of downloading. The app itself is terrible and you are much better with other apps such as Flo or Clue - which are also much cheaper/free!

Scam - do not sign up
Scam - same experience as others
A scam app set to profit from women who are potentially at a very low time in their lives already. The worst of the worst kind of people creating stuff like this. Instagram needs to take more accountability for allowing scams to promote themselves.
Ive been charged when I shouldn’t have been with no way of getting my money back and no idea if they will continue to take more.

Avoid - Awful Customer Service
After reading other reviews, I am unfortunately experiencing the same issues. I have had money taken out of my account and it’s not in my Apple subscriptions. I have emailed 4 times and had no response, awful customer service.

They charged my card but gave me no way…
They charged my card but gave me no way to cancel and no indication in the ad of what I was signing up for. I thought I was paying for a free trial! There’s no way to cancel your subscription if not done through the app.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!
This app is terrible. Crashes all the time. I’ve been scammed out of an extra £66 (so far) as it’s impossible to cancel. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

STILL trying to cancel with zero…
STILL trying to cancel with zero response. I have never had an experience like this before. They responded to my previous Trust Pilot review with directions on what to put in the subject line (so as to not have it go to an automated reply) and I have emailed them multiple times with still no response a week later.
This has been such a painful time as we were told from our fertility doctor that having children was not going to happen for us so the fact that I’m having to spend hours trying to cancel this while we’re dealing with grief is the last thing that I want to be doing. What do I need to do??? My card is going to be charged again on August 31 and I just want to cancel this account so I don’t have a constant reminder of the dream that we have lost.
