De informatie op de site is, voor mij, helder en volledig.
De prijzen zijn marktconform.
Je ontvangt keurig transportinformatie en het wordt volledig volgens aankondiging geleverd.
De verpakking was gaaf en verzorgd. Dus een correcte keuze op dit vlak werd gemaakt.
Als Paasgeschenk (vermoed ik) zat er ook bus van 500g resin bij.
Ik moet nu even wachten tot mijn verjaardag om met de Flashforge Foto 8.9 aan de slag te kunnen.

Heel goede service en levering, de online support is makkelijk te gebruiken en onmidellijke reactie. Voor bepaalde producten kan levering wat langer duren, maar je merkt da ze hun uiterste best doen.

Hi Christof,
Sorry to hear you are not happy about our shipping speed. All orders before 2PM are shipped the same day. Unfortunatly PostNL is not always as fast as we are. In over 90% of the cases PostNL will deliver the next day. Less then 10% is delivered a day later, just like your order. Less then 1% takes 3 days.
We are aware of the limitations of PostNL. Because of this we clearly state when you select your shipping options that delivery can take 1 to 3 days. If you need to be sure your order arrives in time we do offer more reliable shipping with UPS. If you have any questions please contact our support team (support@fepshop.com)
