Hi Michel, we totally understand that waiting 3 months for this specific type of resin is too long. (Unfortunatly we are still experiencing some supply chain issues)
Next time, please contact our support team first, they are always ready to help and solve your isseus. Support could have offered an alternative or a refund so you could buy this resin at another shop. Whatever was best for you, we just want happy customers.

Die Artikel sind sehr teuer und dazu kommen noch Zusatzkosten
Die Artikel sind sehr teuer aber das wäre ok wenn der Versand drin inbegriffen ist. Ich hab 2 liter resin für 100 euros gekauft und bekam dann naträglich von ubs nochmals eine Rechnung für 42 euros wegen versand und Mehrwertsteuer. Was insgesamt einen Preis von 71 euros pro liter resin macht was unermesslich Teuer ist. Ich werde verständlicher weise nicht mehr da einkaufen da ich für den gleichen preis bis zu 7 liter resin bekommen kann.

Hallo Luka, es tut uns leid zu hören, dass dir die von UPS erhobenen Zusatzkosten nicht bekannt waren, aber ich befürchte, dass diese Kosten nichts mit uns bei FEPshop zu tun haben, da sie auf die Zollgebühren des Landes zurückzuführen sind, in das du verschickst Adresse. Da wir in den Niederlanden ansässig sind und Ihre Lieferadresse in einem Land liegt, das nicht zur EU gehört, fallen für den Versand leider zusätzliche Kosten an. Wie aus unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen hervorgeht, ist der Kunde für die Zollgebühren, Zölle und Steuern verantwortlich, wenn er von außerhalb der Europäischen Union bestellt. In den AGB wird weiter erläutert, dass wir nicht alle Zollbestimmungen weltweit im Blick behalten können. Wir empfehlen Kunden jedoch stets, sich an unser Support-Team zu wenden, wenn sie sich über die Zollgebühren, Zölle und Steuern nicht im Klaren sind, die beim Abschluss der Bestellung anfallen können. Wir helfen Ihnen jederzeit gerne weiter!

Pedí un pedio el 11 de abril de unos productos que ponían que había stock no había stock y me estuvieron poniendo escusas para no enviármelo tardaron más de un mes en enviármelo y no daban soluciones para colmo me cobraron 14€ de envío rápido.
