They are prompt at receiving and…

They are prompt at receiving and packing the order. if there are any problems- such as stock not available, their communication is excellent. great to deal with.

Going that extra mile.

I have elderly parents who cannot lift but when I asked if the driver delivering their perlite could unload it and put in their trailer for them I was expecting a no but your amazing customer service shinned through again.

Fernland have never disappointed me with going that extra mile and actually putting your customer first.
