Fernland からの回答
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery takes longer than expected - especially during the busy holiday season.
We’ve been in touch with the courier yesterday and, according to the latest update this morning, your order is currently out for delivery and should arrive within the next 24 hours. If you still haven't received your order or have any additional concerns, please let us know right away by contacting us directly.
Thank you again for your patience
