Had a fab experience with these guys at Fettle, my bike was ready within 2 hours. Super friendly staff no judgement on the minimal cycling knowledge I have. They are for sure my new local!

Dropped a new canyon bike off as I had some gear issues. Basics issues really and was fixed quickly and back on the road in no time. All in all good professional service at a good price.

Second time the ancient Merida’s been in for service. Rides like new every time. Creaks and groans gone, brakes tight and also managed to recover a failing gear gear shift without replacement which would have been the easy option. Good guys.

Needed a quick repair before a race as I had accidentally rounded a bolt and my breaks were not working. Fettle sorted this within hours for great value. On top of that the staff were very kind and informative.

Very helpful people, price reasonable but i lack explanation from them. Atleast explain to me what they changed in my bike, because i have no idea. Also i was suprise with the price. They told me they only changed the interior of the wheels, and they will charge me only £7-£25 but they charged me £33. Also, they didnt have the replaceable spoke, but still charged me £33. I lack expalnation.

So happy I’ve found this place; the staff were nice, they did a service plus repairs same day on my beloved Trek and the pricing was very fair.
I’ll be coming back for all my future bike-business! Happy Xmas team :-)
