Update: After posting this review, I finally got a response and my refund was processed. Apparently my emails had been landing in a spam folder. It shouldn't take a public review to get a company to notice a customer issue, but accidents happen and I'm glad it's resolved now.

I ordered the Aurel Denim Slant Pant, which arrived with a manufacturing defect — a hole under the zipper where the seam had come apart. I first contacted the company by email requesting a return, exchange, or repair under warranty, but received no response.
I then used their website return portal to process the return instead. I shipped the defective pants back to their return address, and tracking confirms they were delivered. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing — no confirmation, no refund, no replacement, and no communication at all, despite multiple follow-up emails.
For a company selling clothing with a supposed warranty policy, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I would think twice before ordering from them again.

Ich hab mein Packet zurück geschickt und habe keine Antwort, kein Geld, kein Packet bekommen gar nix, einfach Scam!

Die Produkte in diesem Online-Shop sind wirklich gut. Die Artikel entsprechen den Beschreibungen und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Genau das macht es umso frustrierender, diese Bewertung schreiben zu müssen.
Denn sobald es ein Problem gibt, steht man komplett allein da. Der Kundenservice ist praktisch nicht existent. Anfragen bleiben unbeantwortet.
Es wirkt fast so, als gäbe es überhaupt keinen Support. Für mich ist das ein absolutes No-Go und überschattet leider die eigentlich gute Produktqualität komplett.

The products in this online shop are great. Good quality, exactly as described and overall very satisfying. That’s what makes this review so disappointing to write.
Unfortunately, as soon as there’s an issue, you’re completely on your own. Customer support basically doesn’t exist. Messages go unanswered.
For me, that’s a dealbreaker and completely ruins the otherwise positive experience with the products.

Worst customer support I have experienced, ever. No response back after 4 emails about my order that went wrong.

I order the Brown Shearling Jacket which cost me over $1000.00 dollars which I never received because F/FECTED a German Company claim the address was incorrect according to DHL . Is really weird because I have order from them before and had no issues with the deliveries. F/FECTED never email me about reshipping the jacket again which sounds very unprofessional from their part. They are also very inconsistent with their emails and do not respond to their emails at all after multiple times. I got refunded luckily because I sent them an email regarding the outcome of my order, but they never refunded me for the shipping charges for $39.00 dollars that I paid on the order. I am very disappointed with F/FECTED and most likely I will never not order again !!

I first reached out about my order nearly a month ago, and that original email has still never been responded to. Instead, I had to follow up multiple times and dm the founder just to get basic acknowledgment. Throughout the process, communication was slow, inconsistent, and often inaccurate.

My package never left Europe, was marked “undeliverable” for reasons that didn’t make sense, and was returned to their warehouse on November 14th. Despite this, I was repeatedly told the issue was an “incomplete address,” even though I successfully placed another order to the exact same address with no issues. It took contacting the founder directly just to get any movement on the situation.

What should have been a simple reshipment or refund turned into weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and no clear answers. I’ve never had to put in this much effort just to resolve a basic order problem.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don’t feel confident ordering from this brand again. If someone spends $1,100 on one item from your brand the least you can improve on is customer support and email correspondence.

WOW! Der schnitt und die Qualität sind einfach nur krank. Ich habe dort einen Knit Zipper und Slim Fit Tshirt und sie sind einfach nur geil. Schönen Cropped Fit und Boxy/Slim zugleich!

Parcel never got delivered & returned to sender. Not their fault but when I contacted them via mail to still try and get the item I was told they couldn’t send it back to me and I would have to repurchase it (for a higher price) then after I mailed them back I got ignored.

Unfortunately I won’t be purchasing here again.
