Competitively prices
Competitively prices, great simple communication and completed on time with the transfer of money within minutes. Well done Lauren Evans and Lauren Spencer.
For a similar process 16 months prior to this we paid another firm 3 times as much and the process was longer and required multiple annoying road trips to deliver paperwork.

Fidler and Pepper brilliant legal practice
I instructed Fidler & Pepper to remortgage after my previous mortgage lenders fixed rate ended. Since instructing them to remortgage, the process has been seamless and easy to use. All information sharing used an app which was secure and very easy to access. Any and all staff I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable with a really good sense of my case which made me feel at ease. Completion happened in a timely manor and I am extremely satisfied with their services. I would highly recommend them as a company as their rates are extremely affordable for the level of services they provide. Thank you Fidler and Pepper team, I will be sure to keep you in mind for any future legal practices as it was a pleasure.

Our case was managed by Marissa Huffen and Leah Bull, who made the experience of remortgaging quietly very easy. Very easy communication and excellent support during last few months. I had a complicate remortgage with joining two into one and a previous lender which didn’t help too much. We re-mortgaged our home with Fidler and Pepper, We were managed by Chloe Foley and Gabrielle Anthony.
Was very easy and 5* communication, with emails and phone calls returned very quickly. The whole process was easy and smooth, no issues at all. Constant updates with the app process tracker was good piece of innovation so you can see how you are progressing. I found the team professional and kept us involved at every stage. I would highly recommend this Law firm. Have used them when i first moved and had same experience twice now. Very happy customer. Would recommend.

In my experience
In my experience, this has been the most frustrating and poorly managed company I have ever had to deal with.
Our buyers are first-time buyers, there is no chain involved, and yet nearly four months later we are still waiting for the transaction to progress. During that time, enquiries have been raised that appear unnecessary, including requests relating to a FENSA certificate on a new-build property, an FME1 form that multiple parties advised was not required, and questions regarding responsibility for building insurance where there is no communal building.
We have also been informed that matters are not dealt with based on urgency or transaction deadlines, but instead strictly in date order, with our file reportedly sitting behind numerous others waiting to be reviewed. Communication has been extremely poor, with calls and emails from our solicitor and estate agent often going unanswered for extended periods.
To make matters worse, the solicitor handling the matter was away for two weeks, during which time no progress was made. They returned only the day before our buyers were hoping to complete, which inevitably resulted in that completion date being missed.
The stress and frustration this has caused has been enormous. What should have been a straightforward sale involving first-time buyers and no chain has turned into an unnecessarily prolonged and exhausting process.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering using this company to thoroughly research recent customer reviews and make their own judgement. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them and, if I had known then what I know now, I would have seriously questioned whether to proceed with a transaction involving them at all.

Because the technology is so smooth, I never even had to call or speak to anyone to get things done. On top of the seamless service, I also got a great deal. Nice to see the progress
Really nice to see the steps as they progress. We had several hiccups. But everything was smoothed out in a timely manner. I can't say we had a good price or not, as we didn't shop around. Costs kept being tacked on as we went. Communication between us could be frustrating. Hard to get ahold of them on the phone. I would recommend them, tho, as they did achieve what we asked of them.
