Was with Fido for a long time never…

Was with Fido for a long time never cared to look elsewhere. Recently got bell for home internet and bell offered 30/mth vs the Fido 100/mth complete rip off .
Also had a long distance plan completely gounched me there also . Poor customer service . Customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to Fido

Facturation supplémentaire de $200 pour avoir utilisé mon cellulaire en mode AVION, et WIFI, lors de 3 appels. Tres difficile de parler a un humain, on réfère a JACK l'agent virtuel, seule manière de faire analyser un dossier en contestation. On finit par offrir $50 de rabais, pour finalement revenir sur leur parole et retirer le rabais ... Très décevante cette expérience!
Ca va bien jusqu'à ce qu'il y ait des troubles à règler. Aucune référence a donner, aller ailleurs, le client est un numéro ici et on s'en cr**** pas mal de ce numéro!

Do not go with Fido and Rogers service…

Do not go with Fido and Rogers service if you can help it. Such a hassle to cancel. I had to cancel my phone because I moved to a different country and it was the most tedious process. After all that, they double charge me on my final bill and to reach anyone because you "no longer have an account with them" is another process. If I ever move back, I would not signed again with Fido or Rogers and would recommend my family to get rid of them and go with another service provider.

Such a nasty compnay

Such a nasty company. They keep raising the price without even notifying you. It started off as 35 dollars a month and now it's up to 50 dollars now after being with them for 3 years. I even went multiple of times to change my address for my account, but they said that it doesn't show up on their system so I can't change it. Like what year are we in? In the 90's? I hope noone falls for this scumy company. They only care about money and customer reps are terrible.

MOST TERRIBLE PROVIDER EVER
I would give it less than 1 star if I could. I spent 20 HOURS over the course of one week trying to port my number from Rogers to Fido - I called, visited three locations, and emailed. I spoke to someone different EVERY time and was unable to connect back with anyone I had previously spoken to. I have documented that every person I spoke to gave me at least one wrong piece of information, I lost work contracts over not having my phone up and running, I got over $100 in fees for using more minutes than my plan because they activated the WRONG plan and cannot get any credits for it, and now I've lost three voicemails they say it was in the user agreement that voicemails get deleted after 3 days... in the page user agreement that says they can be "stored" up to three days - apparently that includes if you HAVEN'T EVEN LISTENED TO THEM YET!

Ma facture à augmenter de 15% cette année sans aucune explication apparente, aucun forfait sous 40$/mois ne semble disponible.

C'est choquant, on est pris en otage et on nous oblige à absorber des augmentations élevées.

Je vous déconseille de rejoindre Fido.

Personnes incompétentes au service à la clientèle et forfaits chers où ils te cachent des frais surprises. Impossible de parler à quelqu'un qui peut t'expliquer les frais en question.

Service à la clientèle médiocre

Service à la clientèle médiocre, très difficile d’obtenir une réponse (avec exactitude) suite à nos questions. Les méthodes de rabais à des forfaits est douteuse, changement de facturation sans préavis, etc. Je peux sincèrement affirmer d’avoir changé d’opérateur après 15 ans de fidélité avec cette compagnie me rend plus qu’heureux.

Disappointed

I did a contract on phone with an agent... given a price of $54.oo monthly with taxes and some other services fee a total of $ 64.96 monthly payment... however I'm being charged $77.09 monthly... spoke with fido customer service absolutely no fixing of billing... fido did offer a $50.oo credit... I replied no thanks its an insult... I refused to be silence... fido is a horrible company my conclusion after 13 years never miss a payment or late and always extra $$$ in fido account... it broke my heart to give 1 star... fido not deserving of such a generous rating.

Useless to talk to them

Terrible costumer service, not good service . From the beginning I was offered a plan of $44 a month, they never told me it only for three months, after three months I was charged more than $60 per month , per phone , when I called them, took days before I could actually speak to a real person just to tell me I’m stuck to that plan . Then I called back to change the automated withdrawal payment day , they assured me that everything was fine and it was changed , just to find out they didn’t do anything, a payment went nsf and the bank charged me for that , I called Fido about it and told me that is not their problem, well it was their mistake for not changing the payment date and reassuring me to they did , can’t wait to get out of them .

Fido is so terrible, I recently changed to fido and already regretting it , awful customor service and unreasonable charges which there is no way to correct

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time. They are advertising a $30/month plan everywhere, but they don't tell you the catch until you're at the counter. I stood in line for a full hour just to be told I wasn't eligible for the deal. This is misleading advertising and a complete waste of customers' time. I would not recommend this provider.

Extra charges on bill

The home phone plan was transferred to Rogers in which I was charged $85 because I did not respond by their due date. I took the plan only because my mom uses this line, although it is not a land line. Every 2 months, I am being charged an additional $80. I was told this new device is free, yet there is a monthly charge of $7....all of these extra charges for a plan that cost $18 only monthly. The customer service is horrible. I called to report these charges, and while I was able to connect with a rep, I was given a link to connect with Ask Jack because that is the only way I was told the inquiry can be resolved. I was also told there is a system issue that is generating these additional charges but FIDO does not have the decency to pro-actively advise customers that the charges will be reversed, but instead keeps adding more charges. If this is a system issue, why is this not fixed yet since the first charge was done which was not reversed? The turn around time for my inquiry with Ask Jack will take 5 days. I sent a follow-up, and that will take an additional 5 days....Is this ethical? where is customer care? How does seniors and customers with challenges manage this level service? Is this a way to frustrate customers to give up or forget about their inquiries which leads to more profit for FIDO and continue to get away with whatever they want to do?

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Their automated phone system is confusing and frustrating. For example, when I tried to book an appointment, the automated voice repeatedly said there were three options available: morning, afternoon, and evening. Each time I selected “evening,” it responded with “sorry, this time is not available.” This happened multiple times.
Extremely disappointing experience. I would never recommend Fido to anyone.

Very unhappy with Fido

Very unhappy with Fido, been customer for 21 yrs, thousands and thousands of $$$, never missed a bill. tried to lower bill for 2 phones from $145 monthly. was offered $1 per month and then $5 per month on 1 phone. Switched to Competitor today, See Ya. They lost a Excellent Loyal Customer

Fido is Horrible!!!!!!

Fido is Horrible!!!!!!! They take your money but if you call with a question about a bill that makes no sense there is NO customer service! Unbelievable and from the 1 star reviews I’m not the only one with challenges! Disgusting!

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. The company went downhill. After being a loyal customer for 20 years, they were not able to resolve my issue, charged me for the services i have never used. One of their manager, Christal, is awful. I am happy to switch to another provider
