I cannot express this enough, do not buy from this company. I ordered a Belted Galloway rolled sirloin for xmas, it cost me more than £40 per kilo. What I received had no resemblance to what I had ordered. Frankly I would have been embarrassed to send out what I got. The fact the company have disabled photographs on their reviews speaks volumes. otherwise I could have shown you the reality of ordering from them!!!!

With regret, I cannot give any more than one star. While I have ordered from the past with no issues, to not fulfil my Christmas order, which I made 2 months in advance was completely unacceptable. Customer services tried to help (albeit provided no adequate reason) but ultimately I had to spend Christmas Eve trying to source alternatives, which wasn't as successful as I had hoped. A 50% off goodwill gesture (with a spending limit) I guess was some compensation but didn't feel adequate given the impact this had on Christmas.
As much as I feel their products are of a good quality I won't be ordering from them again, I will never have trust in the company after this experience. In addition, I have learned a valuable lesson here; to ensure there is sufficient period between delivery and when you need the product so you can source alternatives in the worst case scenario.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a large meat order a month before Christmas which was due on the 20th December. They delivered a few cheap bits of meat that was not my order and when I rang to complain I was promised my order on the 22nd or maybe the 23rd. Nothing arrived. Today the 23rd all they can offer is a partial order, as the reorder, also went missing. This will not feed all my family and friends for Christmas and I now have the stress of having to rush around and source more meat at the last minute. This isn't the first time they have messed up an order. I have spent a lot of money with this company in the past - I won't be anymore. I do not recommend them.

Field & Flower, not only has top quality food, they are also exceptionally lovely, and pleasant people, to work with.
I mean everyone, was so nice, all from the staff, Christmas temps as myself, the head of operation, managers, supervisors, office staff, floor staff, EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful.
Kindness and good vibes, in a work place, from more than one or two people, is extremely rare, so finding a place like this, was so refreshing and uplifting.
They also, looked after us really well.
Food & beverage, was available to us at all times, during our breaks.
Cakes, snacks, coffee, tea, bread, butter and also lunch and dinner served. Proper lovely meals.

I am stunned by the professionalism and quality given to me by Field and Flower.
I have never bought a turkey online and as a bit of a foodie I was nervous.
They have communicated with me throughout including sending tips and hints for the cooking.
The bird arrived today at EXACTLY the time they said it would arrive, beautifully packed and still at fridge temperature. In the packing there is more literature and even a mini cooking probe.
The bird looks amazing and I am now counting the hours until I get to cook and eat this gorgeous product.
On top of this I know I am receiving cared for meat from a cooperative of farmers who respect and love their produce! In a world of mass market and cheaply produced food Field and Flower have created a lovely symbiotic relationship between farmers and consumers.
Iâm so glad I found them, would heartily recommend them. They now have a friend for life.

Previously, along with other items, I have purchased a 2 kilogram gammon from Field and Flower and it has been of a high standard. In other words, it was well prepared, smelt of the smoking process and had a reasonable amount of fat. This year, the gammon was very poorly prepared, did not smell of the smoking process and, most disappointingly, consisted of more than one sixth of its weight of fat. I removed some, but not all, of the fat and the discarded fat weighed 330 grammes.
I emailed Field and Flower, with photographs, immediately and received a refund of approximately the weight of the fat removed. The weight of my gammon was based on the number of people eating it. When one sixth of the weight has been removed, portion sizes reduce. Additionally, I ordered a joint, which was supposedly ready to cook; this was not the case as I had to carefully remove all the majority of the excess of fat. I was not reimbursed for either the smaller portions or the extra work.
When I order a product weighing 2 kilograms, I expect very close to 2 kilogrammes to be useable. If a supplier cannot meet that expectation, then I will seek another provider. I was very unimpressed by both the product and the customer service. I have explained to Field and Flower that I will no longer purchase from them.

I ordered the £6 Catch of The Day box for two in my most recent order. In my view, Coley and Mackerel should not be included in this group. I can get Mackerel for less than £6 from Ocado, and Coley is something I give to the cat, tasteless and pointless in my opinion. Imagine my disappointment then that in my first box of this sort I found not Red Mullet, Dover Sole or Bream, but Coley. I doubt I will order this product again for fear I will be given Coley or Mackerel over and over and over again since, while somewhat naively I want to believe, and am ever hopeful for a bargain, I know in my heart the casino always wins.

We have been F&F customers for years now. Every time we have a break I am disappointed by supermarket meat in comparison. The quality is very good and I appreciate being able to feed my family healthier meat that is less destructive to the environment. My one complaint is that the website is not the easiest to use and the subscription settings really should include a 5 week and 6 week delivery option. I like to do a bulk order every 6 weeks to reduce deliveries, but every time I have to remember to change the date manually, which is a pain.

This is an update to an earlier review. The company acted on my poor review and have done all in their power to redeem the situation. They have replaced all items that I requested (they offered to replace the whole order) and this has just been delivered. What a different experience. The packing is much improved and the dates mean I dont have to freeze everything. The weights on each package are also above the âpaid forâ weight. they really have tried and I appreciate this. Look forward to trying the meat. A big thank you to Kim for arranging it all. That is what Customer Service should be!!!

The produce provide by Field and Flower is of excellent quality so much so that we have had over 100 boxes since we found out about them. A special mention about Christmas, we have never had better Turkey whether it was a breast joint, a crown or a complete bird, we have had them all.
