Very profesional help with my issue.

Love Field and Flower food. I regularly make my main meat order with them. Their meat is far superior in taste to regular supermarkets, and it is so good to know about the UK farms that they come from. I am much happier knowing that the animals are reared well. The pies are also a real treat. Customer services is second to none. Very happy customer.

The Meat is unmatched and still affordable for my family of 6. I feel happier knowing that the meat is grass fed/free range and I have to say that the Customer Service is amazing. They are always quick yo reply, willing to help and friendly. 5 Stars 🌟

I ordered some Diced venison, all of them came out to be rotten. Not even bad meat it was honestly rotten because the smell was that bad

Update: after them making me look stupid by making me empty the rotten packet to take photos for nothing I had told them to cancel my orders, then they asked for a confirmation email which I missed. I am partly to blame for missing that email but it is very obvious I wanted to cancel especially after what had happened they should have just canceled it now the meat came rotten again. I had given them explanations of why it mightve came rotten but the seem to show zero accountability I wish this platform allowed me to show photos. But now I called the bank to block them so ya atleast I won't lose any more money and time of them

I've been a Field and Flower Christmas customer for a few years now and I can honestly say I've never been let down. The turkey we've brought has always turned out perfectly and all present have always complimented it. When combined with the pigs in blankets and stuffing balls visitors think I'm some sort of kitchen deity...

So so glad we did the Christmas delivery. The turkey crown was so easy to cook and super delicious- we ate it all so I'll need to order a bigger one next time so we have leftovers!! Delivery great as always.

Loved our Christmas delivery and enjoyed the meal even more knowing we were supporting small businesses and ethical farmers.

Quality of food great along with the delivery. My only feedback would be it would be great if cooking instructions were provided for accompaniments (like pigs in blankets & stuffing), as well as for the main (meat) event.

Christmas is a joyous, but also stressful time with all the food preparation. F&F made it all so simple and delicious with my delivery on time on our agreed delivery date, and supplied excellent, top-notch produce. Whether it was meat, or fish, or all the trimmings and cheese, everything was supplied by F&F in excellent condition and very fresh.

The whole family enjoyed delicious Christmas cuts from Field and Flower this year, alongside many, many pigs in blankets! The order arrived as expected, with simple tracking on the day so we knew it was coming and the food field and flower provide is top notch quality

The food as usual was first class. The team keeps in touch. The order is well packed and delivered as promised. I don’t think that can be topped to be honest. So a big thank you to all of you and your suppliers.

PS The only small disappointment was the stuffing balls were extremely wet and unusable.

Products well packaged to keep them from contacting each other. Kept cool with ice packing. Products themselves in excellent condition!

I’ve used field and flower for several years and have always been pleased with the quality of the produce and the service. Recently I noticed that there had been a glitch on my payments. I contacted customer services who resolved the issue speedily and efficiently

Field and Flower produce high quality meat and fish all year round. My delivery is always by the same courier who is polite and delivers with care. Christmas can be an especially a stressful time however knowing I can rely on a high quality product , delivered at a time of my choosing is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Our delivery was prompt and on time and the contents of our box were, as usual, superb. Thank you to you all.
