Saw the reviews and wasn’t sure but happy to say everything was delivered and on time

I got a pair of boxing gloves from them. The delivery was ok, it took a couple of days. Unfortunately I had to return them because they did not fit.

They took £8 from my refund telling me it was the postage fee. I could have ordered from Amazon, as I now realise they have the same product, they offer it on Prime, and I wouldn't have had to pay for the return.

Not a great experience

Smashed it lads got tracking number, getting delivered tomorrow! Fast delivery would deffo recommend!

Ordered bag - never arrived, it was left on street with no signature obtained.

Will not refund until they apparently "investigate". this was over a month ago, and I don't see what investigation they could do beyond previously admitting that it was not left in an acceptable, secure place.
Wish I'd read all of these bad reviews before placing the order.

Hallo, ich empfehle niemals bei diesem Unternehmen zu kaufen, ich habe vor ca 1 Monat einen Artikel gekauft, bezahlt und somit meine Pflichten als Kunde erfüllt. Aber bis heute keine Lieferung bzw meine Bezahlte Ware nicht erhalten. Bezahlt heißt das es mein Eigentum ist, somit ist der Straftatbestand des Betruges gegeben. Ich erstatte Strafanzeige bei den Bundesbehörden sowie bei InterPol und der Staatsanwaltschaft. Kauft lieber bei einem seriösen Unternehmen und niemals auf Vorkasse. Dieses Unternehmen ist nicht tragbar.

I ordered 2 items with next day delivery. Promptly received an email to say my order had shipped and then received the goods the next morning. Very happy, will use this store again in the future.

Very poor service ordered a bag 2 months ago it never showed up! As a boxing club we have spent a lot with these but will not be purchasing again apparently the bag was signed for at our club (which it wasn’t!) and we’re still waiting for the bag or the refund 2 months later not being kept in the loop of what’s going on! Shocking

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with item which they resolved without any problem. Definitely would buy from them in the future

Ordered once before with no issues. Trying today to place an order but the bottom of the basket where you check out is off of the screen.

This has happened on both mobile and laptop and now on my works desktop leading me to believe it isn’t me.
Have just called them but they are pretty unconcerned as no one else has mentioned it although They offered to inform their IT company.

They will not take an order over the phone and have just agreed I should go elsewhere to purchase these items.

Either they are doing so well they do not need customers or they just don’t care.

Reading these reviews- I may have had a lucky escape!

UPDATE
Have just seen they have got round to responding 2 1/2 years later, although only to try and discredit Trustpulot reviews. Presumably as unlike other platforms, it doesn’t allow them to interfere with what gets published. Exactly the reason why most of us use Trustpilot.
They have only succeeded in reinforcing my view that I dodged a bullet here.

Who the hell is that they dont exist.
Ripped of royally.
Avoid these scammers.

Please see below feedback and response by you. You have said you charge £1.99 for exchanges, however in this instance you did not exchange goods for me. You did not send the smaller size, therefore this should be treated as a straight forward free return.

I look forward to receiving my full refund.

I returned clothing that was too large and requested smaller size tone sent. I was charged for the returns but no new order was created or sent. I would have tought it good customer service to send new items without a charge. Not to worry, I sourced the same items cheaper by another seller and ordered there. Will no be like to use your company again.
