Bought a faulty product and contacted customer services who responded quickly asking for more information which I did. I then sent multiple emails chasing for an update and there has been absolutely no response. So, in summary, they sent me a broken product and haven’t responded to my follow up queries. Do not buy from this provider, utterly useless.

If I could give minus stars I would! They do not deserve 1 star! Scam website they steal your money! Do not use this site they are selling fake cheap goods and stealing images off other websites to make the items seem better than they are.
They promise refunds and never give them, stop replying to emails, return mail you send them - I’m in the process of dealing with citizens advice and possibly taking them to court over a breach of customer rights to a refund. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

0 stars. Do not use. Item sent far inferior to that pictured on website and was cheap and shoddy. Promised refund never received. Complete scam.

I ordered a small hovercraft (£35.90) in Oct.23 for a grandsons birthday (Nov), The birthday passed so I thought Christmas (Dec), Christmas passed ... all the while being told 'all is ok,' 'its on its way,' 'be patient' ! Finally 'your credit card will be refunded' - my response was (as we say in Scotland) Aye, right ! They said 3-5 days, that was 5 weeks ago. Crooks that's what they are ! Yes, they deserve '0'

Ordered an Extra large toy plane (picture on site showed this) What arrived was a medium size plane which had been opened and was also damaged.

I contacted and they advised due to covid they were struggling so would I accept 50% refund. I declined they came back with an offer of 80% refund and keep the crappy plastic product.

No one seems to be responding to my emails, I will be taking this further as this is false advertising and ultimately stealing money.

Nothing like what was advertised or follows the description, came very late too and cost alot, what a scam place do not use!
Worst of all they would only offer half the money back so I had to get PayPal involved, karma will come back to them.

Order never arrived. I ordered my item on 1 December. I chased FigureEmpire but they blamed Covid (in December 2023?). On the 22 December the item hadn't arrived. I have requested a refund, not hopeful of a reply.

I have given 1 star because there isn't an alternative to give 0 stars.
I paid for an electric saw and all I received was a cheap pack of saw blades (not worth £5). After numerous emails back and forth, they finally apologised and eventually offered to fully refund me. They even said the money was back in my account which it isn't, and it is now over 8 weeks sgo since they agreed to refund my money. They now don't answer any of my emails. They are just lying con artists. Seems they are always doing it and still getting away with it. There business seems to be very corrupt.

Ordered two bras. Unfortunately the wrong size. The packs have not been opened. Contacted them and agreed a 30% refund as it would cost too much to return. Six weeks later still waiting for refund and they now ignore emails. Avoid at all costs!

Absolute joke off a company placed order 3 weeks ago and still waiting on the delivery with no response 2 my email’s horrible company hope they shut down soon

Ordered a Halloween projector and it isn’t like the quality shown on their page at all, all the reviews on their page are clearly fake as the projector is so blurry nothing can be made out

They only said they would refund me half as it would cost me too much to send back, even though it’s not what I paid for anyway

Weeks later I am still waiting on this refund

Please avoid this company , still waiting for my refund they’ve tried to trick me into cancelling my PayPal claim, it’s been nearly 3 months. The projector is still up on their site with the fake reviews

I ordered a circular saw with case and 9 spare blades.
I received 6 blades but no saw or case I paid £27.95 what do I do with blades and no saw
Tried to email the company but no response the company is in china the blades arrived in a 48 hr Royal Mail package ( strange)

I ordered an item from this company, I cancelled the order prior to it being dispatched. They promised a refund in 3-5 working days but weeks later this has not arrived. They are now ignoring my e-mails. Do not use this company, communication is dreadful and I am now around £30 down and have no product to show for it. Criminal!!

No instructions on 1 item !! another item missing parts being tooing and froing for weeks nothing asked for a refund couple of times today's email was are you sure the items aren't in the box ? And the cream doesn't cone with instructions so just stick it on shocking after sales don't touch this company

I purchased a garden ornament for a friends daughter as a tribute following her passing. What arrived was nothing like the picture. After several emails requesting details of how to return the item and asking for a refund, I still have not reviewed a refund 10 weeks later. They have now stopped responding to my emails.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had shopping online!!

I ordered a product in February 2023 worth £27 that was never delivered. A month later I asked for a refund and got three email confirmations that they will ensure that I will get my order. It is now end of April and despite my 5 emails to them I got neither the product nor the refund. It's plain theft...

I ordered from this company "Gray color hair dye".It's take 1month until I recieved my order.I got it (I think)because I asked them where is my order and how long it's take untill...I had no information about process,just one day back from work and found my parcel posted by Evri true the leters box.The box was damaged,riped.NI never saw that messy company as this.Not recomend,do not use ,never !!!
