Defective product received, no refund
Ordered a sketching figure which was defective and broke upon removing it from the packaging. Am having to fight for a refund and am currently escalating with training standards. DO NOT USE!

If I could give this SCAM of a company 0 I would, they sent me a BROKEN LASER PRINTER which wasn’t cheap and now even after sending photos of evidence they’ve completely given me the silent treatment, I’m going to try and get this company shut down as it’s just not ok. I’m absolutely devastated and also feel like I’ve been robbed of my hard earned money.

Poor service
After placing order was told that order will take 3 weeks to be delivered, by then my baby will be too big for the product. Asked to cancel order no response from seller.

0 if I could. Ordered a Christmas present for my other half. Seeing as the company is supposedly in London I’ve waited two weeks and the tracking has said it’s been to 4 different airports. Checked it today and all of the tracking updates have gone. Not responding to emails. Opened up a dispute. Seriously avoid this website.

Do not use this company! I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter that never arrived. They informed me it had been delivered which it certainly hasn’t. This company needs to be shut down for fraud.

Poor quality product that is not worth the money. Currently trying to get a refund and it is proving very difficult. They are asking me to provide videos and pictures to demonstrate my reasons for a refund. Clearly this is deliberately going to be the tactics to delay the whole process. Do not purchase any thing from here it is a fraudulent company in China they will take your money and then send false tracking information and then use that tracking to say that you received the delivery when you did not and then tell you to contact royalmail with the a tracking number which isn't even a royalmail tracking number just to fraudulenty keep your money,

Follow up on earlier review
Following on from an earlier review in which I gave this company 3 stars, pending completion of a customer service experience.
This was product: SafeWalk LED Dog Harness x 1
Green / XL.
The Product arrived labelled as an XL but might just about fit a Jack Russel.
FigureEmpire have communicated throughout the process, which is good, they also admitted the fault was all there's, which is good.
The problem has been a company that only wanted to pay me a 50% refund. They raised this to 70% and then offered a final 80% refund. This is not acceptable when we have the consumer rights act that companies should comply with.
The Consumer Rights Act came into force on 1 October 2015 which meant from that date new consumer rights became law:
"Accepting returns and giving refunds: the law
You must offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to."
"Online, mail and phone order sales
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.
You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel"
"Your consumer rights for returning goods falls under the Consumer Rights Act (which replaced the Sale of Goods Act in October 2015).
The Consumer Rights Act gives you the statutory right to return something and get your money back"
To finish. I have eventually had a refund, that was not the full amount paid to the company.
For this reason, I give a 1 star. My advice, try to avoid this company, but they do communicate and they have refunded money, just not the full amount.

I have purchased in item in july and still didn’t received it ( we are in October) also have sent several emails but no reply. Worse website ever!!!!!! So 35£ lost.
Scam site
Scam site, used my details to purchase £500 worth of stuff from Amazon.
Should have read the reviews before ordering.
The product I did order turned up nearly 4 weeks later and was not what was described on the website , cheap and nasty.
Criminal Behaviour
Scam company. Received goods that were not as described and faulty. Company now offering partial refund and refusing to provide full refund despite being legally obligated under the Consumer Rights Act. Avoid like the plague.
SCAM COMPANY AVOID!!!
SCAM!!! Doesn't deserve one star. Do not order from this company. Ordered some bra's for my mum one had stains on it the other was not as described. Returned the items to the only address on the packaging as no invoice was provided. My mum paid for sighed delivery and we have proof the package was received and signed for on the 24th August, but still no refund. Have contacted their customer services who requested pictures which luckily we'd taken . We also provided tracking number. For 10 days I've asked for an update to be told they are waiting on the carrier. Yesterday they emailed to say it was sent to the wrong place and wouldn't give refund. I have asked for ombudsman details to make a complaint. They now have offered a 50% refund which has been refused. A full refund has been requested.
