You'll get a straight answer from someone who knows the products, not a script. The product was recommended by a plumber who has very good experience in choosing right filter for our kitchen. I ordered it online and it delivered it on time and also got discount on my order. It has each and every part required to fit in my kitchen. My plumber found it easy to fit with the instructions.
