Since 2016, I've been unemployed 3 times, for a total of 35 months. During those 35 months, I had 2 interviews despite dozens, if not hundreds of applications (legit ones, not spam-applying). Since James updated my resume, I've applied to 9 jobs. I just had a 2nd interview for one of them, and I have another interview in 2 days. So my interview rate went from something like 0.1% to 22% with James' help. Idk why it's been so effective, and I was skeptical initially, but can't argue with results.

Update: I spent nearly 7 months trying to find a job on my own with very little success. Once I hired James to re-craft my resume, I began getting interviews a few weeks later. In some cases, I had 3 or 4 interviews in one week from different companies. After about 8 weeks of interviewing, I was a strong candidate for 2 companies and was offered a position by a 3rd company. I accepted the offer! James helped position me so well that I was even offered 15% above the quoted started pay before any negotiations. He is worth every penny and highly recommended.

Very thorough and professional; one thing I really liked is that he doesn't try to up-sell you on anything (I bought the resume + LinkedIn profile makeover, and he explained to me the potential use of a LinkedIn profile and a cover letter rather than trying to aggressively sell it to me).

In the four or so weeks since I got my completed resume, I've gotten three interviews (no job landed yet, but that's not the resume's fault of course) so there's definitely value here, and I definitely recommend.

It took around 1 month to book the initial intake appointment, but after that James was extremely quick and responsive in turning around a high quality package. He supported with an unusual request, and was very professional throughout.

James was very professional, and definitely delivered thorough documents. The scheduling was a bit longer than I would have liked but people in high demand are seldom in a position to react immediately. The schedule that he outlined in the introductory call was adhered to and very fast response on few changes to first draft.

James saved me! I have been having a hard time landing jobs and gave in to hiring somebody to help me update my resume. First I hired a person {not going to name their company} who was getting a lot of comments on his TikTok about how he has helped a lot of people. And was very popular in the social networks. I gave in and hired him. It was the worst experience I had hiring somebody else. The price was so high and I had to pay separately for a cover letter. I did not even get to work with him he assigned me a consultant to work with and the consultant was worse. The consultant was just entering the contents of my current resume in a tool to rephrase it and made me choose which one I think was best. It was a nightmare! They promised a new resume within a week and it was two weeks in and still no new resume for me. I ended up asking for a refund and was left scarred from that experience.

Then I learned about Final Drafts resume through Reddit. I was hesitant at first but decided to try and hire him. Then the one on one interview with James convinced me that he was the right one.
