I dealt with Rich. He was professional, efficient and found me a great deal - under challenging circumstances - when no other broker could. Would highly recommend.

We were assisted by Lee in obtaining us a first time mortgage. He was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process, and made buying our first home a real possibility. We will definitely be going back in the future to use this company.

This is the second time we have used FFP Solutions, after we got side tracked into allowing another advisor to organise our mortgage from a different company, after being unsuccessful after 6 weeks we turned once again to Richard in sheer panic, the relief after just speaking to Richard was amazing, I asked for his help at dinner time and by 4.30 we had a mortgage in principle, I am self Employed and struggled to get a mortgage because of receiving the seiss grant, only wish I had saved ourselves all the stress and gone to Richard in the first place,he put us at ease and did what he said he would do,that was four weeks ago and now we move house in a few days time, also thank you to Jess for all your hard work very professional and answered all our concerns when ever we asked,
