We were referred to Sonja Frost, at FFP by Celtic Finance. Right from the outset, Sonja made us feel we weren't just an account. She really wanted to know us as a couple. It felt like she wanted to not just provide a service, but to sincerely and deeply care for us along the way. Sonja from FFP worked tirelessly for us on a recent remortgage. It was a complicated scenario in very rapidly changing financial times with interest rate rises and an uncertain global economy she did a great job at getting us the best product for our circumstances and pushing it through. We were looking for a straight forward remortgage but having issues because the bulk of our income was from a capped SIPP (Self Invested Pension Plan) which the high street banks just wouldn’t accept.
FFP we’re recommended to us by our FSA and having spoken to Sonja Frost to explain the difficulties we were having, she very quickly came up with a solution for us.
As the re-mortgage had a very low loan to equity ratio she was able to use one of her contacts and an offer followed a few weeks later.
Sonja couldn’t have been more helpful during the banks background checks, which as you would have expected were rigorous, if we had a question it was answered quickly and efficiently.
We ended up with a fixed 5 year remortgage in light of the current situation, which suited us. But the service provided doesn’t end there with Sonja promising to come back to us just before the period ends to then review our situation and come up with another competitive offer.
Can’t recommend them highly enough and already passed their details onto a couple of friends.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sonja while obtaining a mortgage.
It was a long process which was completely down to me. with lots of different options pursued and even a purchase which fell through, Sonja was there every step of the way and always happy to help… although I’m certain I was a complete pain in her backside at times!
She is always profession, helpful and always on hand to offer strong opinions when needed, which I really appreciated at times of frustration.
Also her communication was always great, updating me every step of the way and always quick to respond to any queries.
I wouldn’t hesitate in using FFP again and would recommend them to anyone.
