Which made my life very stressful
Unknown how to pay for me outstanding accounts
I was not answering calls from alot of accounts so they were ringing my wife then I heard my wife screaming at the phone
At that point I thought that I'd better answer the next call
Well it So happened too be Finance One
This is how the first call id received from them ( it as an lady she starting by saying- Good-morning Mr Cassidy
This is Finance One just contacting you to see how are you today?
I believed that I'd interrupted and said YES I NO that I owe you money! But me interruption was RUDE then calmly She replied Please Mr Cassidy Calm down and tell me what's happening?
So I did she'd mention nothing about me late payments she just said well Mr Cassidy ill look into your file and get back to you within two weeks)
She rang back as she said two weeks later I answered the call
Then she Goes Good-morning
