$15,000 added “risk payment”
$264 per annum “admin fees”
$1000 processing fee
The longest ever term and the world highest interest rate
$13,000 car but a $33,000 loan
If you want to be taken advantage of then be my guest!! Sad that only desperate vulnerable people only touch rip off companies like this. And they sure benefit from it.

Awesome service from Renee
Spoke to Renee who provided exceptional service. She was professional, friendly, empathetic and very understanding of my situation. The options she provided worked well with what i had in mind when i called through. I was worried and stressing out to call through but after ending the call with Renee, the stress and worry i was carrying when calling through were no longer there. We have been with Finance One for a few…
We have been with Finance One for a few years now , have purchased two caravans with them. Customer service is always fantastic , questions always answered quicky and clearly, honest and clear advise and very understanding in times of trouble. Cant thank you enough Finance One team . You helped change our lives forever. Gave us the chance to make fun travelling memories with our kids while they are young. You guys rock !!!!

This is my second car loan with finance one ,nearly complete, this company make you feel at ease and will help you out of a spot ,every time I call the staff are so helpful and the rates are fair but you can adjust them to suit you ,I raised my payments to be within my budget and although I love you guys I cannot wait till that finalization letter arrives ,highly recommended thankyou to all of you

Going elsewhere
Generally the help and support I receive is pretty good, however there is one representative in particular who is rude and not one bit understanding
I will be sourcing a loan with another organisation to pay this loan out
Also……been paying a 25k loan for just over a year, asked for a payout figure, 29k, absolute joke

Out of Pocket over 1k stuffed around
Applied for a small loan for a vehicle very very slow not 48 hour approval weeks. Loan was approved repayment structure was chosen seller notified. Then all of a sudden loan declined off the table. As loan was approved I spent money registering insuring and so on. Now no contact no form of mediation so complaint lodged with AFCA.

SHOCKING DO NOT DEAL WITH
Absolute shocking company to deal with had my vehicle loan fully approved jumped through all the hoops I had to. At the last minute they decide to make my loan declined I lost my Deposit cost me nearly 1K thanks Finance one you are champs. I will be putting a case to AFCA and bad reviews all round.
