I find this company was deceptive. Should be out of business. Tried to return with no luck
It was so cheaply made I can not even donate it

I ordered a 3 teared water bath for the birds and received a small box with about a 6 inch round piece of plastic that wasn’t anything near what I ordered no paperwork with it tried to contact with the phone numbers that I found online none of them worked and all I got was Hong Kong airline to contact and they didn’t even answer.
This is a hoax people, and they took me for a hell of a lot of money

Shoes were way too small. I couldn't even get my foot in them, even if I had ordered my usual size. I could not return or exchange them. They said they only could accept returns if the shoes were damaged. They offered a discount if I bought a new pair, but I declined.

This business is a total scam. Every bad review you read is exactly what happened to me. They will not send the beautiful bags you see in the ad.
Don’t waste your time or your money on this illegitimate business from China!

This does not even deserve one star. IT IS A SCAM DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM; THEY ARE A VERY DECEPTIVE COMPANY!!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the items I did from them. I will never buy anything from them again and I hope this saves someone from wasting their money on this scamming organization.

I liked the shoes I received but they were WAY too small. Advertised on their website with "free returns" and "100% money-back guarantee." When I contacted them, they said it would cost $20 to return, and offered me a "15%-off coupon" with a suggestion to donate the shoes to someone else.
*When I Google "finddbest.com" it does not exist. The website I ordered from is "findbestes.com."

I ordered a pair of shoes, and when they arrived, I tried them on immediately. They look good; however, they were so narrow that I couldn't get my foot in one of the shoes without hurting my foot. I have been trying to get a refund for a month now. They promised a money-back guarantee. However, you will be lucky to get any resolution, especially if you purchased through PayPal. They are no help either.

This company is a horse manure!! Do not under any circumstances buy from these people. I made an order in early Jan 2026 as a gift to my 10yr old Granddaughter. You would think 3 weeks would be sufficient for the order to be filled. As of the March 2026 they have not filled the order. First, the tracking number provided never worked. When I asked for first status, someone with the email name of Emily which I now believe is not a real person said they had to track the package. They did what ever they needed to do and said since USPS could not confirm delivery, they would send a new shipment and gave me another tracking number. About 7 days later a package arrives from these people and it is totally the wrong #@$% bag and wrong size. I reached out again, provided them with pictures of what was sent and resent my original confirmation information and asked that they send the correct bag. Then the BS started again..."we are sorry" etc..etc...but "before we can send your order we need you to send us a shipping information on the contained on the shipping material the bad was in". I did that and it was clear the bag was being shipped from overseas. Once that was done, the again sent the "we are sorry"..."our warehouse staff made a mistake"...we will offer you a 20% discount and I don't have to send the bag back"...I declined...asked for what I ordered. Got another email...we will give you a 25% discount and I don't have to send bag back" again I declined because what they sent was wrong bag, wrong size and useless to a 10yr old. Then I was told "what I ordered was not in stock and it would take 10 days to send because they are custom made"...that was BS. I still went along with it because my Grandkid had seen the picture and wanted it. I wrote another email voicing my extreme frustration and that I though this the transaction was a sham and fraud. I got a response that said "they were sorry and due the senior age of their warehouse staff, they make mistakes" Really!!! now that's low if you ask me pushing the shame off on old folks. As of this review, which is over 10 days...they have not given me a status on my correct shipment. I guess they are still making the custom bag and they have not given me a status on the shipment that was to be a replacement before the wrong bag got to me. and the tracking number still does not work. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE...YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER AND OR WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE ORDERING PER THE WEBSITE IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL GET. THIS IS FRAUD.

I bought two pair shoes and they say that I have them 34 Utrillo Pl Palm Coast Fl 32164. The people that lives there they must be their friends. If is true they send two pair shoes why these people did not send back? A good honest person that will do.
I live in fort Pierce Fl 168 miles away.
Why I would give them the wrong address after spending 82.00$ even in credit card the delivery and billing address is in fort Pierce. So no shoes no money back no service. Terrible people I will report them to the local Police. They should be closed down

I wish I had seen this website before I ordered my "quilted" table runners. It took 2 months and 2 shipping attempts to get the most hideous NOT quilted table runners. (item was nothing even close to the item on the website). Absolute garbage. Do NOT order from them.

I ordered a quilted laundry basket. Took forever to arrive (realized too late from China). The laundry basket is NOT quilted, seam is coming apart. Was to be a gift. No refund yet, 15% off next order. I wouldn’t buy from them again if they were the only ones having what I wanted. This company needs to be shut down.

I concur with the other reviews, which unfortunately I read AFTER I placed my order. This company is a scam-- I ordered something for a Christmas gift (a month in advance) and have never received it, even paid the extra charge for "freight insurance"....Hate to give the one star, it should be zero. I have emailed-no reply, have left voicemails on the (probably fake) phone number, no response.....Stay away from Finddbest!

Worst ever internet purchase. Took 1 1/2 months to deliver and they delivered the wrong item. Piss poor customer service, cannot contact by phone. Beware of this website.

If there was a zero rating, this company would receive it. I ordered a quilted, custom made laundry basket and received a low quality substitute product that only resembled what I ordered: the fabric print appeared to match the quilted fabric shown on their website.
I have been in contact with them about a refund and they are doing their best to discourage me from pursuing a refund, suggesting that I donate the item to someone in need or simply keep it. I will dispute this purchase with my cc company if finddbest refuses to refund my money; this is an ongoing process as of the date I'm posting this review.

I ordered two pillows, 12/28/2025. Never got them.
Paid on PayPal. No guarantee from this seller, though their receipt says 90 day Satisfaction Money Back, and 34,245+ successfully shopped orders.
I can't find their site. I can't click contact on my PayPal transaction. Yet they somehow got a 74% rating on some reviews. DANG I am screwed.

If possible, this group would get "0" stars, as the entire process, tracking and communications are sketchy and I still have no product. They use a version of Zendesk to communicate, but the responses seem canned and they do not ever offer refund, just a re-shipment and discount on future purchases. This is likely a Chinese scam site, so don't order!

Ordered 3 bags because they looked really cute. Beginning of Jan. I complained and received one bag. The other 2 never arrived. I have already paid for them via Paypal. Real scam I am thinking. Please don't fall for it. THey told me that the bags were in transit and gave me a tracking number that I just noticed had a date in the year 2022!!!
