The “quilted” baskets I ordered were in fact cheap canvas with a very bad image of the picture I ordered. I was under the impression that this was an American made product, so had I known it was from China I definitely would not have purchased them.
I am still in discussions with them about their return policy, and have been given the option of keeping the baskets and accepting 15% of the purchase price as a refund. This is totally unacceptable in my opinion.

This site is a scam.
I ordered the quilted laundry basket.
I got a printed on vinyl crappy item.
The site was in contact with me by email until I sent them a picture of the item from their site and of what I received specifying that it's not quilted and they stopped responding other than to say it's the correct size and we don't not take returns or give refunds.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

What a scam company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS “Company”.

I ordered 2 items 12/8/25 & received both at different times early February 2026. Both items were photographed images on cheap, thin garbage material. NOTHING WAS QUILTED as represented. Sizes were different and quality poor. The image was the only thing that was correct. They were expensive!

I contacted this company for months. AI responses with fake names. Wait, wait, wait. Scammer from China but shipped from a Linda

Accountability? Just another rip off. Stop your payments before the junk arrives!

Total scam. Typical; description and pictures show embroidered, quilted product, but what you receive is a print. Returns have to be shipped back to China at your expense which will be most of the cost of the item. Took about a month to arrive

I'd give zero stars if I could. After more than a month of waiting for a quilted bag, I received notice that my order was delivered today, which it wasn't. Two days ago I got a telephone screen saver that I never ordered from a warehouse in LA. I suspect it was sent in lieu of the bag I ordered. I'll be informing PayPal not to allow this company to do business with them.

This company is a rip off. The items pictured online are beautiful quilted bags and placemats. What arrived was a printed image of that on fabric worth about 1/3 of what I paid. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE HEAVILY PROMOTED CHINESE SCAM ARTISTS!

This company, Ideaclothe, does blatantly false advertisement on their products especially their bags. They show the bags as quilted (even with showing a women quilting). They are not quilted, but just have printed 2-d images on the cloth. How can a company be so deceptive in their marketing.

Online advertising showed beautiful "quilted" tote bags & other items. However, it's cheap material with a picture of a quilted scene, lined in cheap plastic and a zipper that doesn't work. There's no response when I request a refund, though they advertise the customer must be "100% satisfied." I lost $36 on this item.

I paid over $100 for beach sofa cover and never received it. Rip off company do not buy from them

This company is a rip off. Ordered a quilted tote bag on December 1st and aid for expedited shipping. The bag arrived six weeks later! And it was not quilted. Just a bad print on canvas, and very poorly constructed. Would give this company 0 stars if I could.

Never received my order they literally stole my money, reported them to facebook which is where they advised my item. Fraud company will report to US government too and put a stop to their scam!!!!!!

There is no indication when purchasing that the origination of the product is from China. Bought 6 weeks ahead of Christmas in November of 2025 and finally received it Jan 4, 2026.
The product in the photos and descriptions clearly looks like a "quilted" fabric. The words "Quilted Blanket" is in the title. What it actually is, is a cheap fuzzy FLAT blanket with an IMPRINT of the art/pattern. No puffing, no actual quilting at all. Why misrepresent a product this poorly?? Why bother with all the shipping and return hassles? Why not just say what it is without lying, and let the consumer decide if they want it or not. Our world is turning into a planet of merch grifters. sad.

This is a Chinese company, projecting as a US one, that sends AI responses for customer service posing as a real person, and English. Ordered two quilted hand bags on 12/9, two weeks later the AI response was they were hand crafted, HAHA, and quality control is taking extra days...ha...right. Tracking now shows that flight from China never left until 12/31, so at least there's that, but these were supposed to be Christmas gifts. We'll see what arrives but at this point I will never order anything from this company again. Be weary.

The pics online DOES NOT look the same as what I received. Very deceiving. I got my order a month after I ordered it.

I have waited over 50 days for my order of 10 bags.
I received 2 bags yesterday completely different than I ordered.
I have reached out to customer service over 10 times now asking why they sent me the wrong items.
I sent them pictures of the wrong bags they sent me.
They responded with
1. Clear pictures of all the items received.
2. A clear picture with the tracking number.
3. A clear picture with the SKU number shown under the bar code on the package.
They sent this to me after I already sent them this information..
I still haven’t received the other. 8 bags I ordered..

Very disappointed very cheap product.. nothing like the product being advertised on Fox News website..

I ordered 4 bags on December 8, 2025 figuring I would have them for Christmas…. I still haven’t received the order. I’ve sent them emails but they do not answer. Order # 23995

I wish I found this site before I ordered. I was seduced by a beautiful ad every time I accessed the weather channel, so finally, I decided to order my granddaughter the lovely tote bag that caught my attention. I received confirmation of my order and my payment was charged to my account on December 10, then…silence…nothing. I found some information and emailed the site. Today,December 22 I received an email, my item is very popular and it has not shipped yet!!! Emily, from Silver City, they hope to ship it soon!!! No chance for that Christmas present.

My Order was lost for weeks. I ask for my money back they charged the day I placed the order. Then suddenly they found the order. At that point it had been over five weeks. I received the two pair of shoes. They were the wrong size the quality was garbage. I have sent 5 emails asking for my money back and return the shoes. They ask for documents proving I ordered these shoes!! I sent every piece of information I received which wasn’t much. Everything they asked for. I still get the same canned email. NO REFUND I give them the poorest review of any company. Buyer beware!! I would never order from them. I’ll never see my money I’m sure.

A scam?
Although I ordered a size 8.5 shoe, and the shoe, when it arrived, was marked as a 40 (which I believe is equivalent to a size 9), they were way too small. They were sent in a plastic zipper bag inside a USPS plastic mailer with absolutely NO information about the company or how to arrange a return. The return address appears to be a multi family dwelling.

I should have read these reviews before ordering. The shoes didn’t fit and I got the same email about night cost to return and to video if product defect. Very disappointed in their false advertising. They knew if they didn’t say money back guarantee no one would purchase. Shame on me for buying.
