The order did not arrive in time for Christmas, so I am using the items for birthdays. All items I ordered were from their "quilted Collection" but nothing was quilted. The totes are printed, but lined, and are fine for a laptop. The 250 year commemorative baseball hats are not cotton or embroidered; they are polyester with a cheap print like the picture they show on the quilted picture online. The cap is NOT a fitted hat; it has inexpensive plastic clips on the back. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered from Velirene.com also showing up as Verlinn. They said my item was delivered, it was 12:30ish am, I had no delivery. I reached out to see what delivery service they used and they would not disclose. When asked for a refund they advised 15/25 business days this was on 12/30. I still have not received my refund or my product!!

Items shown on web site do not match what is sent. I ordered a quilted laundry basket and received a cheap, printed version of what was shown in their catalog.

Update on an earlier post I made regarding Verlinn's highly unusual and unacceptable customer service/return policy.

I gave up trying to make a return with Verlinn's customer service department (which offered me a discount for future purchases) and filed a complaint with VISA and also alerted the New York Times (where Verlinn advertised). Never heard back from NYT but VISA just refunded my charge.

Verlinn is untrustworthy. They also use several names (Silver City and orthorecover.com)

General public cannot file a complaint with Better Business Bureau because they have no clear US address -- only a China address. So you may consider filing complaints with consumer protection agencies in your state.

31 days in transit. Was not delivered to right address. Never received order. Poor customer service. If you happen to read this. Do not order anything from this company. Do not order anything outside the usa.

I ordered a tote bag from Verlinn on November 25, 2025. After ten weeks, nothing arrived. I contacted the customer service department several times, and their response initially was to remain patient. Finally, they suggested that I needed to contact the post office and file a claim. They completely refused to give a refund.
This company sells products from China that do not arrive.

It took over 30 days to get the product. I ordered a quilted bag, that's NOT what I got. I've spent over 30 days, emailing them daily, requesting a refund and where I can return the item. They continue to offer me a discount. from 15% to 35% currently. I have requested to escalate this with a manager and for a return address. They will not give out that information. They sent me a low-quality canvas bag. Yet my receipt states it shipped a quilted bag. Again, that's NOT what I received. After doing some background on the company it's clear it is NOT legit.

The quilted comforter set I ordered was no where near the details that are on the news feed on your phone that they advertised on. It shows beautiful bear and cubs.!What I got was an orange color duvet cover and bears looked like a Mickey Mouse digital print. Customer service says it is what I ordered and the sets will vary! Ha! They said I should donate it to someone if I wasn’t pleased with it! This Verlinn company is a joke and has no intention of making anything right. Guess if you can scam enough people one time they can make a bunch of money before they are found out. Do not order from them! Terrible product and company. You have been warned!

This company is a scam! I ordered a sweater, they delivered me iPhone screen covers. I tried to email them to inform them and request a full refund, my email to their support at nordverablackfriday.com bounced as "user unknown". Never order anything from these people. I am now disputing this transaction through my bank.

Do not buy quilted tote bags. They are not quilted at all but screen printed. Came with different handles. Product came from China. Difficult customer service

Two months I waited for my order. I ordered before Thanksgiving. They kept saying be patient. Then the day came for the delivery, and they said they couldn't find me. Now the package has been sent back to the warehouse "for destruction" and "we will not be responsible for it". I must have sent over 20 emails to Verlinn and at least five phone calls and emails to the "purported delivery company" to no avail. The delivery company "Piggy Express" does not answer the phone, nor call back as requested. The emails do not get answered. Verlinn wants to offer me 10% as a refund. What a farce.

I would give a negative 5 star if I could. What a scam. I never received the items I ordered. Placed the order in the middle,of December and still have nothing to show for it. This company sucks. If you see adds from them run away as fast as you can.

Ok, I got my order yesterday. It took 36 days to get my order. The bags I ordered, while they are not the cheapest bags I've gotten they are NOT what I expected. They were sold as quilted bags, they are not. They are pictures of quilted fabric fused to a nylon bag. So I did not receive what I ordered in reality.

I contacted the company about tracking my order and I got a reply back telling my to wait 15 days from the day it was sent to request a refund. I sent a reply back asking about the 15 days it took them to send them in the first place and found my reply went no where. After they sent their reply the first time they did something so they could no longer get emails from me. I still stand by what I said run away from this company as fast as you can. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Scam company. I also received printed bags, not quilted, that I paid $30 for each and are worth maybe $2. Fortunately my credit card company did a charge back for me.

I purchased a "quilted" tote bag in November for a Christmas gift. What I recieved, 6 weeks later,( 10 days after the holiday) was NOT as advertised. The bag is not quilted and I was very disappointed, because the advertised design was what drew me to it. I'm rating this as a 2 because it is a decent canvas tote and it seems well put together. If you want a quilted item, do not purchase from Verlinn, find another seller.

When I received the quilted tote I ordered-IT WAS NOT QUILTED. Also, nowhere on their ads did it indicate it was shipped from China! If it had, I would not have ordered in the first place. Actually the tote itself is nice quality but the quilting as shown in ads is what makes it special. Their "easy" returns and refunds are a joke. I complied with ALL their picky requests, photos and all. First they offer 15% back and then 20% because I would have to return to China and it would be very expensive! NO KIDDING! A real racket.

I purchased a totebag showing a three dimensional picture of pigs. I received a bag made of flat panels, not three dimensional. Also, the zipper on the top of the bag was sewn in twisted, so I will have to pay to send it to an alterations person to get it fixed. The look of the bag was misrepresented. It is not worth my time to send it back to get it fixed. I would have to pay for shipping and it already took two months to get it delivered. I paid a lot more for this than it was worth.

I wanted the ‘quilted’ bag pictured in the ads for Christmas. My husband ordered it in mid-Dec. We got the bag in January even though it was promised to arrive by Christmas. Surprise, surprise— it is not a quilted bag!! We got a cheap print bag. They will not refund our $$$. THIS IS A SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

They could be honest in describing and showing the truth about their "Quilted Tote Bag"! There was no quilting at all - just a rough textured canvas material with a plastic-type lining and canvas webbing straps. They cover the lack of truth in the website picture by saying there "may be approximately 20% variation in color,pattern,binding, and stiches."

What I purchased based on their website and what I received and ABSOLUTELY nothing in common. They show lovely 3 dimensional sweaters and you receive screen printed fabric. Same with their "quilted" totes, they are just screen printed. There "American Made" is a joke. The items ship from CHINA ! If I return, I have to pay return shipping fees and restocking charges!

They advertised their Christmas ornaments as 3D, pictures in the website were 3 D and they are cheap 2D printed pictures. Total crap for a high price. Total scam
