Had an appointment today with Johnny to discuss the renewal of my apex and soffits. He was very thorough and extremely helpful . Nothing was rushed and he took the time to explain what works would be needed. Am now looking forward to getting the works done . Excellent customer service

Oh my goodness, I don’t normally leave reviews, but this company has excelled in every department.

After an appalling experience with another company, I decided to go with this highly reputable one—and I do not regret it.

John in Sales – Thank you for your advice and time. Our new front door is a wonderful addition to our home and looks absolutely amazing. You’ll have to come and take a photo at some stage!

Scott the Surveyor – You really took the time to check everything thoroughly and gave us great advice on a couple of features.

Tony the Fitter – A 100% perfect installation. Not a speck of dust left behind! I honestly don’t know what else to say—flawless work!

Dev from the Install Team – Very polite and had a clear understanding of our order.

Brilliant company - from first appointment to doors being fitted was only approx 6 weeks!
We have had our front and back door installed today by Tony and I could not be more impressed - he has done an incredible job.
The doors are very secure and look amazing too, very happy customer.

We have fineline windows still good from 1993 when we bought the house. The windows fitted are Beautiful. Nigel & Marc worked well, were very polite and helpful. The window company did what they said, when they said. Dev was very helpful when he could

We have used fine line a number of times now and have always been very happy with service and products. This is why we have again returned to them for new front door.
As yet this hasn’t been fitted so unable to comment further.

Went and saw Jonnie today about a door to add to our window order. I was having trouble selecting any as I am very fussy and know what I like. But Jonnie took the time to think it through to offer me the door quality and style I was looking for. He researched and listened to what I was looking for. We have placed our order now and looking foto having it all installed in the next month or so. Thanks for your help and expertise Jonnie 😊

We chose Fineline for our composite front door having used the company previously on two occasions, Tony the installer was hard working & did a thoroughly professional job. Dev from administration always kept us informed, Also, Scott {site survey) & Johnny (sales) were both professional when we dealt with them.

Went looking for a plant pot and ended up buying a new front door. We spotted the doors on display in the garden centre and fell for one of them. We found John in his office with his lovely Debbie. The service was excellent and we were at ease with no pressure.

Went to look for a door, we see sale person took details what we wanted. Then they came out to measure all in a short space of time. Very happy with the service. Can't fault them. Would recommended them. 10 out of 10.

We had 4 new sash windows installed by Jon and Jackson and the result is fantastic. My experience with Fineline has been brilliant, from getting a quote all the way to installation. We had quotes from 5 companies and Fineline was the only company insisting on scaffolding. Seeing the finished result I completely understand why and it made the little extra money spend (compared to one very similar quote) very much worth it. I highly would recommend Fineline and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We were looking for a replacement front door and asked for Fineline's help. John visited our house, guided us through the selection process for a new door in keeping with the age of the property, and on the strength of his input we placed the order. Tony fitted the door today and it looks great. Tony was really helpful and very clean/tidy. Recommended.

We were exceptionally pleased with the service we received from FineLine windows and doors, Jon and Jackson were on time worked quickly but efficiently and were polite and friendly. The old door and side panel
removed quickly and cleaned everything away . Fitted my new beautiful door and side panel neatly and very well. (IT LOOKS LOVELY)They cleaned all old doors panels & glass and left my driveway clean and tidy. A great job done. After installation Dev checked all was well and he also was very helpful polite and clear on all stages. So I was really happy dealing with Dev. Would definitely recommend FineLine, and in the future invite them back to quote for my next project. Very pleased customer

Good doing business with Fine Line Windows again, this time having all windows back door and French doors fitted by Father and Son team Dave and Karl. Great guys, polite friendly and courteous. Jonny as promised came back to have a look and to make sure we were happy with everything, which we most certainly were.

Jon & Jackson fitted my window perfectly, they were a pleasure to meet. They cleaned up after the installation and left everything tidy. Thank you to Dev who gave great customer service and kept me up to date with everything. Thanks again all at Fineline!
