Behalve dat Ilse erg vakbekwaam, zeer netjes en georganiseerd is weet ze ook alles van hoe de vingerafdrukken gebruikt en verstuurd moeten worden, hoe de verschillende autoriteiten omgaan met de vingerafdrukken en hoe het beste te handelen om zo snel mogelijk de vereiste documenten in handen te krijgen. Voor mij was het allemaal netjes en snel geregeld en het vingerprinten zelf kostte slechts 15 minuten. Ze verzorgde zelfs alle noodzakelijke documenten en het versturen. Dat is service!

After struggling for months with my embassy to get fingerprints, I found Ilse's Fingerprint company and within 24 hours I got an appointment, fingerprints taken and sent. Amazing service from Ilse! I found out over the weekend that I needed background checks in both the US and Singapore and within the week, I had an appointment, my fingerprints taken, and the fingerprints sent off. Ilse is extremely thorough and knowledgable and walks you through each step of the process. Added bonus that she is incredibly friendly so the 30 minutes we were in the office for the fingerprinting flew by.
