Ilse heeft mij ontzettend goed geholpen bij het aanvragen van mijn fingerprints voor de FBI. Ik zat in een lastige situatie, omdat de organisatie waar ik eerst bij zat opeens was verdwenen. In paniek heb ik Ilse gebeld, en zij wist me direct gerust te stellen. Ze stuurde me vervolgens duidelijk alle stappen door die ik moest nemen, zodat ik mijn proces toch succesvol kon afronden.

Wat ik enorm waardeerde, is dat ik haar altijd kon bellen of appen met vragen. Ze reageerde heel snel, duidelijk en vriendelijk. Dat gaf me veel vertrouwen en rust tijdens dit stressvolle traject.

Ms. Sloof conducts the fingerprinting here and she was direct, clear, efficient, and above all else, she was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I needed to get my fingerprints taken to send to the US for a job background check, and she had me in and out in minutes. This place is only one of 4 locations like it in Europe, so it was incredibly fortunate to be able to come to Hilversum to get this done without having to go back to the US to do it. There is a clear paper-trail with all that is done, and I will be sure to come back if I need my fingerprints taken and sent abroad again. This service, and this technician, are both highly recommended.

Ik had redelijke spoed en kon vrijwel meteen terecht. Vingerafdrukken afnemen ging vlot en heb duidelijke informatie gekregen wat er verder van mij verwacht werd. Ze had ook oprecht interesse in mij en was niet puur zakelijk.

I have to get my fingerprints done for the first time for a US license application, and was totally clueless on how I can do it in NL. However, Ilse is extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. She was quick the respond when I first reached out and gave clear instructions as to what she needs to know to prepare and what I need to bring to the fingerprints appointment. It was also a fantastic experience to get to know a bit on her work as well. Finally, she took care of mailing the package and arrived in the US the next business day. I highly recommend using this service. Ilse was incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. I needed to apply for a Identity History Summary Check for the United States I was having a lot of difficulty previously with the instructions sent by literal government institutions as they were out of date, convoluted, and incomplete. She made it so ridiculously easy, I could set up an appointment for the next day, was in and out of the office in less than 15 minutes in which she had everything ready to go and which she also sent and handled all the documents for me (something I also couldve done myself for a lower price if I wanted to). Great experience and eliminated so much stress for me!

Fingerprint for Background Screening

I used their service to have my personal information and fingerprints taken for a background check. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. After scheduling an appointment online, I received a confirmation email with detailed instructions on what to expect next and which documents to collect.

I visited their office the day after. The fingerprinting process took less than 10 minutes and we filled in the application form together. Ilse also explained what to expect during the AFP forensic screening process. Additionally, I chose to use their service to send my documents to AFP Forensic Services in Australia.
