I recently had a sauna installed at home and chose Finnmark Sauna for its tailored design service. This allowed them to work directly with my builders, giving me more flexibility and taking the guesswork out of what is a highly specialized product.

From the start, Adam Johnson and the team worked closely with me, providing a detailed design presentation that showed exactly how the sauna would look before construction. Being able to fine-tune the details before the materials arrived was a huge plus and gave me confidence in the process.

The process had challenges, including logistical issues like missing parts and delays. Since my builders handled the installation, I had to be quite involved in troubleshooting, which made it more hands-on than expected.

That said, the result is fantastic. The sauna is high-quality, beautifully designed, and precisely what I had envisioned. Despite the bumps along the way, it was absolutely worth it, and I’m now enjoying a stunning home sauna.

Would I recommend Finnmark Sauna? Yes—if you're prepared to be hands-on. Their expertise and product quality are top-notch, but you may need some patience. If you have a good builder, this is a great way to get a custom sauna without the long wait times of a full installation service.

Excellent service from answering queries helpfully/promptly (thanks Gavin) ordering, and delivery efficient and to top it all I got a great deal on my new electric Sauna heater!

Products are brilliant and really high quality.

customer service: pretty responsive and available to answer questions. They initially provided incorrect and out of date instructions for the install our sauna heater. This resulted in us having to get the electrician to return at an additional Cost to us, to correct the earlier work which was based on the old / incorrect instructions.

We were able to reach an amicable solution to this through good will vouchers to use on the website. Although a reimbursement of the cost was initially sought and preferred by us, in the circumstances and to draw the matter to a close, we decided we were able to accept the vouchers as there were products we were interested in.

This is the first time we have worked with Finnmark but would definitely recommend them. Very high quality saunas, supportive & helpful design team and beautiful & individual design.

I ordered a sauna door from Finmark on July 30th and received a confirmation email stating that the order was being processed. It's been over a week now, and my builder is ready to fit the door, but it still hasn't arrived. When I called Finmark Saunas, I found out that the door is not in stock and there is an additional delivery charge of £140 to deliver it to my address.

I now need to urgently find a sauna door elsewhere

Why doesn't your website provide information about what is or isn’t in stock?
Why isn't the correct shipping price provided at checkout?
Why did nobody contact me about these issues?
