We had Finnmark recently design and install a bespoke Sauna and would highly recommend them. Right from the consultation stage they we extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble when we requested personalised touches to the design and their attention to detail was great.
My wife is originally from Finland so creating a true authentic Finnish Sauna was a must. Finnmark without doubt delivered on this.
The installation team lead by Connor were great, very friendly, tidy and as we had a new born they went over and above to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum.
If you are considering having a Sauna, you will not be disappointed by choosing Finnmark.

I bought a sauna from Finnmark around 3 years ago and honestly cannot recommend them enough. Their commitment to customer after-care and support is exceptionally good, always on hand and going the 'extra mile'. I will not hesitate to buy another one from them, what a great company and bunch of staff they are. Jake Newport, the MD is also very knowledgeable and could not do enough for me.

Initially, I was very happy with my purchase experience with Finnmark as the sales consultant Hamesh had a wealth of knowledge and was very willing to help, however after purchase, I had come up with a question about the heater I had bought.
"Rupert", who had answered the phone, was totally dismissive to me as a customer and had asked to check the heater manual myself. Though this was a fair remark, I thought this was extremely rude, as i had bought the heater from Finnmark, and was surprised that "Rupert" knew nothing about his products unlike ""Hamesh". This review, is only to highlight the inconsistency of a good customer attitude service in this company.

I cannot praise this company enough, I had a problem with a stove I purchased from them and they went over and above to resolve the issue. Rectifying after business hours on a Friday evening.

A simply outstanding company. When I was researching the right heater for my sauna, I contacted Finnmark for some advice on my house electrics as I was on a TT earth. They put me in touch with their electrician, who was amazingly helpful. Due to continual delays in my cabin delivery (from a different supplier) Finnmark agreed to store my Narvi Softy heater until I needed it and not start the warranty until then. Communications with the company throughout the process was outstanding.

I cannot recommend Finnmark enough for those who want the perfect Finnish sauna experience at home! Inarguably one of the best & most professionally run family businesses I have ever come across! Our experience with Finnmark as part of our renovation project was extremely comfortable and satisfactory.
Every team member is so capable, passionate and proud of their work. We didn't even have the slightest concern during the project whether the result would be less than stellar..In such a niche area, expertise, attention to detail and customer driven approach should be given utmost priority and Finnmark delivers in all these aspects. If you want a top result from a top team, Finnmark is the obvious choice.

They are wonderful people who seem more dedicated to to doing a great job and pleasing their clients than simply making a profit.
The sauna is superb it is not to to much of an exaggeration to say it is probably the most life enhancing expenditure that we have ever made.
Having spent 3 seasons in the Baltic in Finland I can can assure you that the quality of their product meets Finnish standards of excellence in all aspects. ( There are nearly as many saunas in Finland as there are households and the Finns know what they're talking about )

We have sourced our home sauna build materials from Finnmark based in Durham. Having contacted a number of suppliers we found that our general enquiries were best dealt with by Finnmark. We proceeded to place orders for sauna insulation, sauna timbers and sauna ancillary materials. All of the goods arrived within the timescales indicated by Finnmark. The quality of these sauna materials is exceptional. Really pleased we choose Finnmark.

After a very bad experience with Oceanic Saunas, Finnmark literally came to the rescue. Not only they (especially Max) helped us choose the best products for our sauna build (he was on the phone to us for 30 minutes and physically checked the stock so that there were no delays), they delivered all the items next day. They also sent me an upgraded sauna heater that was £150 more expensive free of charge! By far the best sauna company in the UK, their range is lot more stylish than all the other sauna companies, competitive pricing & next day delivery! I can't recommended them more, never one to write reviews for good service, but they deserved it.
