I was very unhappy with my service I received from your company. I’ve written you several times requesting assistance to have my size increase. I paid the additional six dollars you requested. I have not received any update or confirmation that you have received my money I will not tell anyone to use your services. I will be requesting a refund because it is three days before Christmas and I still have not received my item.

I ordered the week of Thanksgiving and never received, then ordered again first part of December, got them today as I was loading my vehicle for Christmas. They didn't look like the picture, but they were just ok. Didn't realize it was a Chinese company, wouldn't have ordered from them.

I ordered two personalize gifts, paid almost $60 for them and they arrived in one gift box.
They were personalized in two different names.
Why would I only get ONE GIFT BOX?
The ornaments are ok.
Not being able to gift each in it's own box is irritating for the price spent on these.

I saw these and I bought one for my daughter and her family and she picked it up from my home and it is now on their Christmas tree. And they absolutely love it. It has 6 names and even I was like WOW when I opened it up to take a peek. This is such a lovely ornament to have on their tree and I am glad I bought it. This was neatly wrapped up so no breakages. Everyone is very happy with this. Thank you so much.

I love the ring in silver instead of gold

I ordered the baby‘s first Christmas ornament of the baby sleeping on the moon for my granddaughter. When it finally arrived almost 3 weeks later, I received an ornament that was a flat piece of acrylic, nothing like the 3D picture shown, and the acrylic was bubbled and had scratches on it. I’ve sent two emails to the company requesting a refund of $29.76 for the damaged product. I have yet to receive a response.

I posted a review on their website. I immediately received an email asking if I posted a review. I confirmed that I did. I then checked their website and my review was taken down. Not only do they sell faulty, damaged products, but they refuse to give refunds and stand behind their products. What’s worse is they suppress unfavorable reviews on their website. When I placed this order, I didn’t realize the company was located in China. They are super shady and should not be allowed to sell product in the United States.
