Kann mich den negativen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Was hier getrieben wird ist absolute Abzocke und gehört verboten. Ich hatte am Flughafen Girona gemietet und musste statt den gebuchten 163€ letztendlich 442€ bezahlen, da diverse Sonderposten berechnet wurden. Auf Nachfrage am Schalter wollte mir die Dame die Posten nicht erklären. Leider bleibt einem dann nichts anderes übrig, als den Betrag zu bezahlen, da man im Ausland auf das Auto angewiesen ist.

Achtung, leider muss ich die negativen Bewertungen bestätigen. Trotz mündlichen Hinweis keine Zusatzversicherung abschließen zu wollen, würden mir im Nachgang 450€ für eine angebliche Zustzversicheung von meiner Kaution einbehalten. Lt. Rücksprache mit billiger- mietwagen war diese Versicherung auch nicht erforderlich, aber da bw nur als Vermittler auftritt, könne man öeider nichts machen.

I rented a car in Alicante through Norwegian Airlines and payed in advance.
When in Alicante airport the young lady at Firefly was very friendly and helpful. I said no thanks to extra insurance, I have all that in my insurance her in Denmark, no need to buy extra. She told me that I had to pay 305 € as a depositum if something happened to the car and I would get the money back on my creditcard when I delivered the car in good condition, as I did. Nothing happened to the car.
I only got 149,83 € back!!
I talked to the office in Alicante and the man I talked to said something about because I paid with creditcard no other opsiones was possible, I had to pay insurance!!! That was not what the young lady said to me, I had to give my signals out for every insurance i didn´t want. So that was very clear that I did not wanted any insurance.
I will try to phone to another phonnumber tomorrow and se if they are going to pay me the rest of the deposit.

Simply STAY AWAY!

They try to manoeuvre you into non-existing "damage." They really hope that clients miss the smallest scratch, so they charge extra for that plus an admin fee.

It seemed the lady knew where to look for them. I can't believe they do that to so many people and can get away with it.

On top of that, the staff are rude and wouldn't help with anything (not even with the baby's car seat). They only have an office in T2, and they ask you to keep your last fuel receipt.

We should have checked the reviews of this place before renting from them.

Wagen war defekt, wurde abgeschleppt und es wurde kein Ersatzfahrzeug gestellt.
Firefly Sevilla war telefonisch nicht erreichbar, E-Mails wurden bis heute nicht beantwortet.
Wir musste zum Flughafen mit dem Taxi fahren, was 220€ gekostet hat.

AUFGEPASST, ganz linke Nummer! Absolut inakzeptabel!

Der Mietwagen wurde von mir über Check24 ab Malaga/Flughafen gebucht. Am Vermietungsschalter in Malaga wurde mir trotz mehrfacher, ganz klarer Aussage meinerseits, dass ich keine zusätzliche Versicherung benötige, eine Versicherung zum Ausschluß der Selbstbeteiligung untergejubelt (sogenannte "CDW"). Kosten: 196,-Euro für 8Tage!!!

Auf dem Mietvertrag wird dieser Punkt unter den "estimated charges" aufgeführt, also keineswegs als verbindliche Kosten, sondern als "geschätzte Kosten". Auf meine ganz konkrete Frage hin, was dieser Punkt "CDW" sei (kannte ich nicht) und dass ich nicht bereit sei, eine zusätzliche Versicherung abzuschließen, stammelte mir die junge, durchaus freundliche Mitarbeiterin entgegen, dass dieser Punkt zwingend auf dem Vertrag stehen müsste und mir ganz sicher keine weiteren Kosten entstehen würden, die Belastung meiner Kreditkarte würde ich nach einwandfreier, vollgetankter Rückgabe des Wagens KOMPLETT erstattet bekommen, bzw. würde diese gar nicht erst belastet! Das habe ich zweimal in aller Deutlichkeit nachgefragt und zweimal dieselbe Antwort bekommen! Damit überschreitet diese Firma meiner Meinung nach die Grenze zum Betrug!

Ich bin ja nun wirklich kein Einzelfall hier, dass Check24 hier nicht tätig wird (Aussage von Check24: "Da können wir nichts machen, Sie haben das leider unterschrieben und wir waren ja nicht dabei...") wirft leider auch ein schlechtes Licht auf Check24. Ganz offensichtlich ist dies doch eine Masche der Vermietungsfirma, weshalb sie meiner Meinung schnellstmöglichst aus dem Angebot von Check24 herausgeworfen gehört!

If you want to avoid stress do not use this company! I booked a car rental with Firefly through Easyjet, this was my first mistake. In the documentation for my booking it clearly stated that “You do not need to purchase the supplier’s insurance if you are offered this at the car hire supplier service desk.” When I arrived in Murcia to collect my car rental booking, one of the firefly service desk attendants told me I could not collect the car unless I paid for local insurance. I reminded them my booking clearly states I do not have to pay for insurance with the local supplier, they told me I had to pay, or I could not collect the car. In the end I was forced to pay for local insurance for my 7 day trip (which came to a total of €196.21) in order to collect the car and move on with the trip. After I returned home I contacted Firefly and their parent company Hertz attempting to explain the situation and request a refund. The companies initially ignored my emails then responded by saying the "final charge was a correctly applied" and rejected my request for a refund. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. TLDR: Preventing customers from collecting their pre paid bookings, by withholding their rental car till they pay for local insurance is a despicable way of treating your customers Firefly! Never using this company again!

Das Handling ist absolut unkompliziert. Das betrifft die Abholung sowie die Rückgabe. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Unbegründete Abbuchung im Nachgang von 65 Euro. Rechnung konnte über Firefly eingesehen werden. Dort wurde Benzin aufgeführt. Allerdings hatte ich den Wagen nicht voll bekommen und voll wieder abgegeben!

Sehr lange Wartezeit da kein Auto vorhanden war. Dann zwar bessere Kategorie erhalten, bei Abgabe wurde für ein Schlüssel der nicht von mir beschädigt wurde 350 Euro berechnet. Nach zwei Monaten wurde die Kreditkarte erneut mit 40 Euro belastet, hierzu habe ich keinerlei Schreiben oder Mail erhalten. Auf Anfrage keinerlei Reaktion.

Boek geen auto bij Firefly Car Rental. Misleidende verkoop en de extra kosten doen zij voor als borg en de tankkosten! DUS huur een auto elders maar niet bij Firefly Car Rental.

Habe über CHECK 24 einen Mietwagen am Malaga Flughafen angemietet inclusive Vollkaskoversicherung. Beim Abholen (FIREFLY) musste ich vor Ort nochmal eine Vollkasko Versicherung abschließen. War nix zu machen, sonst hätte ich den Wagen nicht bekommen.
Habe dann bei CHECK 24 reklamiert und erfahren, dass der eigentliche Ansprechpartner autovermietung.de sei. Dort angerufen und erfahren, dass diese Erpressungen mittlerweile üblich sein. Auch an anderen Orten und anderen Verleihfirmen.
Davor wird man aber bei CHECK24
nicht GEWARNT, dass FIREFLY die Leute abzockt

Avoid these people like the plague. I paid you car hire through a third party (£110) I took insurance out so when I arrived at the air port they took £225 fuel deposit which was returned and a further £150 which was explained as excess to my insurance and I was told this would be refunded. The £150 was not refunded and apparently was part of the charges for the hire. I travel to Spain 4 times a year and this is the first time this has happened but its also the first time I have used these fraudsters. Do not use them.

Staff were good but had to wait far too long to see her. We completed online before we left the uk 🇬🇧 but still had to wait behind everyone that were completing forms on the day. THIS NEEDS A FAST TRACK SYSTEM for people that spend a little time before hand completing form's online.

A éviter absolument, location loué en Espagne via BSP, avec option zero franchise et finalement une fois sur place j'ai du faire une carte pour une caution de 458€ que je n'ai pas pu récupérer car ils m'ont facturé un supplément franchise de 332€ c'est du vol

WARNUNG!!! Die schlechteste Autovermietung in Spanien!! Eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung heute Abend in Barcelona am Airport. Schalter-Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich. Versucht mir -trotzdem ich ausreichend Vollkasko-Versicherungsschutz habe sogar ohne Selbstbehalt- mir noch einmal eine zu verkaufen. Arbeitet hier mit Tricks und Verwirrungstaktiken. Hier wird schamlos ausgenutzt dass man erschöpft spät ankommt. Ich war knapp vor Schalterschluss beim Schalter, musste aber einen „Nacht“-Aufschlag von über 40.- EUR bezahlen, da ich in der Schlange fast 1h warten musste. Statt 850.- EUR wie im Vertrag angegeben wurden über 1.040.- EUR von der Kreditkarte belastet. Zum Glück hat es diesmal geklappt, oft sind 1.000.- die Schallgrenze und die Abbuchung klappt dann gar nicht mehr. Das wird nur gemacht, damit die dann ihre eigene teure Versicherung zusätzlich andrehen. Insgesamt eine unverschämte unmögliche Art mit Kunden umzugehen. Schlechter Standort, man muss umständlich das Terminal mit dem Bus wechseln- war so nicht bekannt. Nie wieder!!! Muss jetzt meinen Anwalt einschalten!
