Picked up a copy of speakeasy with the Kickstarter expansion and it was a flawless experience

I ordered 12x doctor who collector booster packs totalling £311 around 2 weeks ago, around 10 minutes later they told me that the item isn’t actually in stock and that they can either credit my account or refund back to PayPal, fair enough, I chose to refund back to card, it’s been 2 weeks and no sign of a refund, they’ve gone radio silent and will not answer any email, do not deal with these guys, they will try and make it as awkward as possible to keep your money. Bad bad bad.

Happy that i can still get some of the rare prints of a long ago board game

Ordered a board game on the 31st May and the next day was emailed by Jimmy saying there was a problem with my PayPal payment and instructions on how to pay direct, which I did and which cleared.
Since then nothing.
My multiple emails to Jimmy and attempts to contact via the website have been ignored and the phone number listed on google is no longer connected. Over a week later and with my order still listed as "pending" I'm forced to try and recover the funds via PayPal.
