The packaging was so cute and the stamp was so unique the emails were great to receive and it came within a good timeframe.

Nice website with quick shipping! What arrived was beautiful, the box was sealed with custom branded box tape and a wax stamped seal. The packing was perfect leaving the game I ordered in immaculate condition. Lovely addition of the warm note and sticker inside the box. What a lovely thing to receive, all the little extra touches made this company stand out from the others. To say this was a nice surprise is an understatement when you consider that I only ordered from Made in Camalot because they were the cheapest for the game I wanted. I will be coming here as a first port of call for all future purchases. A delivery that really made me smile! 🙂

The wrong game was sent out, they did not have another copy of the game to send out until they receive the game back from whoever they sent it to, cancelled my order.

I ordered 2 games on a Sunday and they were shipped on the Monday. They arrived beautifully packed. It's clear that MadeInCamelot really care.

They also have games that are very difficult to find, such as Kickstarter editions with bundled upgrade packs.

I highly recommend MadeInCamelot. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Hidden gem!
I have found them by mistake really, looking for a game which was expensive in most places. On their website it was a great deal! I ordered it Wednesday evening and by Thursday it was already dispatched! I had issues with delivery, but not their fault.

So my preorder stock was delayed. Annoying, but it is what it is. But what I can’t stand, is the zero communication that this company delivered, not without me initiating contact first. I wasn’t informed that my order was delayed until I emailed chasing it up. And they never followed up with any contact to give me any information whatsoever outside of that. I don’t care how small the company is, I don’t care if it’s a single person, that is not how you treat your customers. Also passing the blame onto your suppliers is not a good look, accept some responsibility
